Just bought BF4 and the upgrade there.

Regarding the file size of the upgrade:

"it will download 6 gigs first so u can play the campaign only. the rest gets downloaded and installed separate. almost 2 hours for me and the campaign is ready but only 31% of the full game."

So due to my little man getting loads of dvds for presents my playstatjon spent all day yesterday as a dvd player...

12 o clock last night I got a go of killzone.. took me ages to warm to it but it looks great.. im in a room and see a flashing audioclip. Press O to pick it up and nearly lose my life I didnt for one second realise that there was a speaker in the controller,it took the life out of me.

initial impressions are good I fine the homescreens a lot easier to manage and use than my xbone.

Cant wait to fire up NFS rivals after dinner today

So i download the upgrade for Battlefield (PS3 -> PS4) get to the menu to be told I cant play it yet til its been installed . Its at 31% and going about 1% a hour it seems ....seriously ?????????

Anyone know if Gamestop or HMV are doing a upgrade deal on PS3-> Ps4 games ?

Just started Black flag and while the sound and apparently the menu is working all I see is black, that is unless I manage to hit an option to change name and then that comes up normally.

Had to restart the PS4 to get it going, but it's working fine.

Fifa kept getting stuck on 2 minutes to go on instalation. Took it out and cleaned it and it was fine. Was ****ting myself Because I thought it was the ps4. Still shouldn't have to clean it.

You can, there is a app called Live From Playstation I think, which shows twitch and uStream streams from other PS4 users.

Dont have a link to hand, on mobile, but when starting up the ps4 keep ur finger on the console power button for roughly 7 secs. then there's an option there to update via usb.

so if u head to ps website, download the update and put it onto a formatted fat 32 usb then you may get lucky
