6 months into a strength program after sitting on my @r$e for my entire adult life

    At 65kg
    Bench press: 0.81
    Squat: 1.35
    Deadlift: 1.81

    Is the calc broken?

Put in 160 lbs for weight and 90kg for bench and got "This results in a lift to body ratio of 0.56 and a strength level of 3.08"
Put in 72kg for weight and 90kg for bench and got "This results in a lift to body ratio of 1.25 and a strength level of 3.10"

Anyway these are my numbers when using kg instead of lbs

    Bench: 0.90
    Squat: 1.39
    Deadlift: 1.46

dan john has expected ability and game changer ability. you input the number you get for say squat say three = 32kg double kb X 10 in the center cells above the diamond. it then plots it in the diamond below. not related to bw, but a good guide. google dan john strength standards

    @65kg:

    Bench: 1.61 [105kg]
    Squat: 2.07 [135kg]
    Deadlift: 2.47 [160kg]
    Overhead Press: 1.04 [67.5kg]

All figures based on actual 1RM lifts done back in October, not estimates from 3RM or 5RM.

Reckon i've probably added 2.5-5kg to each of those since. Will know for sure in Feb when I check my 1RMs again!

The levels 1-7 are various strength standards.
    4 is High school
    6 is game changer
    7 is college level athlete

Hitting 6's accross the board is SB decent target, comparing diffetent movements will high light weaknesses

Ever since I picked up a barbell 4 years ago I have wanted to hit a 100kg DL - I achieved my goal yesterday :D Just put in to that calculator and it gives me a strength level of 4.13 :D

    Bench 1.33
Squat 1.6 (deload after a v.high 1.9, true max is between the two most likely)
    DL 2.0
    Power Clean 0.9 (triple)

    Got around to testing squat
    1.8
Closer to the top end of the range above so happy with that. Test the rest in early new year

How my lifts were 3-4 months ago

    Bench 1.48
    Squat 1.60
    DL 2.20

    My current lifts

    Bench 1.64
    Squat 1.76
    DL 2.26

Going to focus on my squat and DL for the next while since I have increased my bench a good bit.

Your squat number has increased by the same percentage as your bench!
