Ah don't be too sorry, as long as they're stealing bikes not cars I'm relatively happy :p I was a bit miffed coming out to find that it was gone after a long day etc etc.

I should have put itallics on it, but "Arts student" was me being an ass about his spelling, College vs Collage!

Don't be silly the bus is full of petty commoners like Scortho:pac:

Both the bus and driving take about as long as walking in, cycling is by far the quickest. I, and be "I" I mean other family members have other bikes at home that aren't used much. I just need to figure out how to get one up to Dublin because they won't fit in my car and because of the lack of tow bar and the spoiler none of our bike carriers will go on it...

Probably ashamed to admit it, so they make themselves into engineers and the likes instead :D

Ah now here my car doesn't like sitting in traffic (too much idling) and I can think of much better ways to use that 14 or so mpg. :pac:

Also parking is a killer. So I drive in once every so often.
You'd walk in fairly quick though to dit which ain't so bad.

Bring it up on the train :)

Takes me less time to drive in and out than to take the smelly bus.
And I don't have the resident freaks trying to crush me to death, squeeze onto my seat, breathe all over me..................

Well I got out of college today to discover that a valued member of the community scrote stole my bike :mad::mad: It's not that it was really worth anything but its fooking annoying

    Had to walk home:rolleyes:

DCU orientation gets a video tutorial from the gardaí on how to steal bikes :pac:

It's quite remarkably easy really! Spotted a few really stupid things around campus recently, eg. locking ONLY the front QUICK RELEASE wheel to a tree... /facepalm

Last time I checked there was no train that went from Ashford to Harold's Cross:p
I should be able to borrow the Insignia or possibly the Punto to bring it up :)

Do you stop at lights on the bike? My new hobby in the mornings is to count the amount of cyclists that break the lights at specific junctions, but I have to stop once I reach ten at any one junction as I feel the red mist of rage about to descend

Ironically my first thoughts were, "how is he going to get out of the car?" :pac:

You can be my parking friend too :)

I like cleaning my windscreen every time a cyclist goes by!:P

They have to be the twats in Lycra though.

I stop at every light, don't cycle the wrong way in one ways etc etc. Drivers notice this and are generally more curious to me as a result (letting me out to turn right and that)

It's the Dublin bikes creatures I target most.

At least the twats in lycra have some level of cop on most of the time.

This past few weeks however, random pedestrians have been getting on my nerves.

Jesus you'd all love me. Cycling up from the Dublin bikes stand on Nassau st for 20 ft to save going all around merrion sq to get to the green!:pac:

Best way to find driving rat runs is a bike and a map!:D

    And I love to jaywalk!
