    Much prefer lifting when its cold. If your cold you just add layers. When its too hot its a nightmare

    We aren't all fitness cover model ripped I'm afraid.

    The heat for a few weeks there in June and July was intolerable, made for a bunch of uncomfortable training sessions. Bring on the cold.

    I actually tried this yesterday, had a weird feeling, few points though.

    Quick question - does anyone know if RAW do weekly membership or PAYG?

    Won't be able to ask them directly before 7.30 am tomorrow when I'd like to show up.

    Drank coffee and coke when I was younger, around 12/13.
