    I've booked 2 weeks holiday beginning on the 28th of Nov. I'll adjust my sleeping pattern so that i'll wake up at about 7 p.m, get a bit of food, then start queuing!

    Buy all the games i can for it, then spend 2 weeks playing the PS4!

    Ima set up a booth in my garden day one with ps4 and big ass projector on side of the house, and charge all the neighborhood kids 5e for a 10 minute shot of BF4 =P
    anyone have a lend of a big ass projector ?

    I doubt it. They have their timetable and they'll stick to it. The vast majority of people will have made up their minds and won't be swayed by a seven delay difference. Plus the logistics of switching the timetable would be a nightmare

    The PS4 will hit stores in the US a week before the X1, that's what Sony wanted. Beat MS in their back yard. And with the way they are looking after EU PS+ members they don't have much to worry about on this side of the water with the delay either, they have this in the bag.

    Whatever you do do not put the PS4 underneath the X1 when carrying them. The poor little thing will be crushed..

    You can still pre-order and I would highly recommend it.

    When you'll get one is a different matter.

    If you don't put your name down, you are definitely not getting one this year, bar ebay/adverts.

    I pre ordered in Harvey Normans last week and they reckon I'll get it first round. There was only 5 people before me.. I wouldn't have my hopes up too much though as they didn't really know much about the release

    Hi all, would it be worth my while to trade in my PS3 ( bought last xmas ) plus some new games for the new machine ?

    If so where would be mostly likely to give the best deal ?

    you'll get pennies....literally.....60 quid for a ps3 slim 160gb, as for games....lol, under a tenner. often 2 or 3 quid per game.
