It's insane alright, I've had my car only one year, 80,000 on the clock when i got it and now 139,000, sooo yeah!

Also on another note, dgt, went go karting at the zone up round your place, I think we should do a thing there, like a boards grand prix or something?

Nearly 60k miles in a year??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,792 ✭✭✭Ded_Zebra

I do love karting but I would be worried I would be fierce slow. Could you imagine the shame of coming last!

That's the one! Took daddypickles (sounds like a porno name) ahem. Anyways, yeah took him there for fathers day and epic would be an understatement! They do grand prixs for up to 40 people so I figured, I'll ask on here, maybe after the midway meet sometime?

    Count me in!

Had a few issues, first qualifying the drive shaft popped out so I didn't qualify. Started 41st and finished 16th which I was happy with plenty of overtaking and finished just behind my team mate and was half a second faster. It was a new track, new car I have never driven on proper slicks with a sequential box. It was so fast but I actually surprised myself though :)

    That's some good racing, man!
Imagine if you started further up, I'll be watching closer from now on. :D

I'm currently sitting in George Dalton's getting the boot latch replaced. It helpfully failed while I was over in France with a crap load to get into the boot. Had to pack and unpack the car by lowering the rear seats to get into the boot.

Could have been worse I suppose, could've failed with the boot open.

New MAF and drop links this time.

Has anyone ever taken theirs to BMW for the free health check?
