I've been tracking my preggo gain this go, didn't last time. It's cool to see it is quantitative terms. Maybe I should measure my girth too and get you all to GuessMyGirth™.

I have no idea what I've gained. I was weighed at 8 1/2 weeks so I know what I was. Should definitely check what I am now 12 weeks later. I don't feel bigger anywhere other than my boobs and stomach, which is growing rounder at what seems like an alarming rate!

I've got that "glorious" stretching feeling in my skin at the top of my tum now. Yay? I think it's mostly the belly for me this time too. Last go I did some ballooning and kept ballooning after the birth. :D

That is sickening. Why do these people not just get their animals nuetered or better still not bother having animals at all. Clearly there is no proper love, respect or care for the animals they have if they could justify doing that to pups. We used have a neighbour years ago whose dog probably had pups every time she was in heat. Very few would ever get a home, the pups were usually drowned. I could never understand it. Used be crying to my parents about it every time I realised there was a new litter on the way. If I had my way we probably would have ended up with about 50 dogs over the years because of it!

Most of these people have no clue really. They think that animals are there for them to make money and when they don't sell (i.e. fulfill their purpose) they just get rid of them. Those type of people don't care about the animal in the slightest, and they probably don't even know what neutering is. Just makes me mad.

The rescue group have found out that one of the pups found last week has a heart condition. I think she's going for surgery at some point to a specialist.

Morning or evening girth, ladies (and gents)?

I'll be measuring my waist, which was 29inches around in January.

Woke up late, look like crap, still waiting on my friend forgot everything except my wallet. I don't wanna go on this date anymore, I'm in far too much of a pissy mood.

Hey ladies. Been off work all week cause I'm sick, stupid sinuses.
Re the weight loss, been doing weight watchers at home and have 10 pound gone in 4 weeks. Pretty happy with that. With me,its totally portion control.,

Has to be before the shower, wet hair adds weight :pac:

Hell yes it does. It adds loads (I tell myself.)

I'm now 2.5kg away from my lowest weight. I've been eating well, but booze is killing me. The sunny weather was an invitation to go out every night even if I didn't eat as much with the warmth.

I blame James. I was never curvy until he got in my belly. I was keeping track as I wanted to be below 32inches on my waist (there's me listening to a national campaign).

    Ha yea, me too.
My lowest was 30.5 but that's been a while, I'll have to get back to it
A bit more pilates again maybe :p

Wow well done javagal, that's brilliant. :) Portion control was an issue with me as well. When I started I couldn't believe how much I had been eating before. Stuff I used to have as snacks could be a meal for me now.

    Morning all o/

My waist is about 29" as well; it never really changes much as I tend to lose weight from my hips and legs. My hips are 39" - quite a difference between that and my waist :o

Ooh, everyone talking about meaurements can help me out here. Where do I measure around for my waist? Is it the smallest part? Or more like around my bellybutton?

Smallest part. Midway between hips and ribs. Belly buttons can be all over the shop.

Oh good, I had been doing my bellybutton and was thinking I was crazy fat. 32 it is!

I should get a measuring tape. And a scales.

In the meantime, I will remain blissfully ignorant as to my size.

I'm having such hassle lodging a cheque from France, and I need the money pretty urgently :( Apparently it will take up to 8 more weeks to clear but I can't wait that long so I've been advised to try to organise an electronic transfer-fingers crossed the other party play ball or I'm fairly screwed.

My mam is in a huff with me today too because I didn't wear tights with my dress. I'm finding it difficult living at home again and trying to adjust to sharing a room with my sister but her constant commenting and sighing is driving me a bit mad.

    No tights?
    You hussy!

I miss living with my parents. Mostly because they cooked me food.

It's not even a short dress, it's slightly above my knee! And it's faaar too warm for tights, a horrible close heat too.

If you can get regular cooked food as part of the living at home deal, I completely understand! :pac:

bluewolf-I'll need to pay an accommodation deposit sometime next week I think, there's a slight chance I could borrow it if the electronic transfer thing doesn't work out but I wouldn't be too optimistic! Can't believe how long it takes to clear foreign cheques, and there'd be a charge on my account too.

Pity it's not the 40's, you could just draw an eyeliner line down the back of your legs! :)

    Is it worth trying anyways?

I get the sheerest possible ones from dunnes that don't look like I'm wearing any, they're ok in heat
    No harm wearing none though
