Green selling his shares to a fraudster. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse for them.

He's a shareholder, why should I back him or not ?

But let me give you a little hint as to what I meant: IT. IS. NOT. HIM. THAT. WAS. CONVICTED. OF. FRAUD.

    Get it ?

I don't know who he is, so I won't judge him either. I know his company is the biggest bus operator in Scotland, that's it.

It was his brother and business partner, and the current shares are owned by the pair of them. Obviously the new share purchase from Green is going to be done in the name of the cleaner of the pair but you'd have to be delusional if you think it's irrelevant. And if there's one thing The Rangers fans are not it's delusional.

A few threatening statements and maybe bring out an Orange jersey and they will be throwing their cash at him..... its happening again. :pac:

If this is true the authorities need to get Whyte charged with fraud
    Stock exchange announcement

    http://m.londonstockexchange.com/exc...entId=11560222

    Rangers International Football Club plc
("Rangers", the "Group" or the "Club")

    Response to media speculation

In light of the recent media speculation in relation to alleged claims which are purported to have been made by Craig Whyte, Aidan Earley, Law Financial Limited or Worthington Group plc in relation to the ownership or control of Sevco 5088 Limited ("Sevco 5088"), Rangers confirms that no legal claim has been received by Charles Green, Imran Ahmad or the Group. As none of the allegations that have been made in the press have been substantiated by evidence of any legally enforceable rights and as details of any claim, whilst threatened, have not been received, the company regards any such press commentary and speculation to be highly spurious. The Group has been and continues to receive legal advice to protect the business, assets and reputation of the company and its directors from such spurious claims.

In view of recent media speculation, the company wishes to clarify that Sevco 5088 is not an active subsidiary of the Rangers International Football Club plc. It is and has been a defunct non trading company over which termination proceedings began last year and which would have been struck off by the Registrar of Companies had false claims of directorships not been filed recently at Companies House. Sevco 5088 was listed in the company's announcement dated 22 April 2013 to comply with the AIM Rules for Companies requiring disclosure of directorships held by the directors of the company both currently and during the preceding 5 years. Sevco 5088 was not the acquisition vehicle which purchased the assets of Rangers Football Club.

John Bomber Brown was on radio Scotland earlier implicating Smith, McCoist and Jim Traynor. He told them what he knew about Green and they ignored him.

    Astonishing stuff.

Bombers rants last year seem very credible now but how did Bomber know all this though? and why didnt he do more with that information??

I've not listened to the full interview but he claims Green whispered in his ear that he was going to put the club out of business. He must of been getting info from someone behind the scenes as well. Remember Smith came in at the last minute with his own consortium but ended up being too late.

Then at a later stage he become involved at Sevco with Green but if he knew he was dodgy in the 1st place? What would he have to gain from keeping quiet an acting like everythings rosy? McCoists 1million share in Sevco might be an indication as to why he kept quiet..... :o

They are meant to be true Rangers men but they haven't been acting in the best interests of the club and knew all along Green was a crook.

The Rangers Standard believes that Imran Ahmad, the Rangers Commercial Director and close associate of Charles Green has access to an account on the Rangers Media forum which has posted sensitive information on the club and the issues currently surrounding it. Ahmad is believed to have had access to two logins for the site, the current one being IamRangers. The username has posts on topics from Charles Green’s issues with the board to possible share purchases and views on Ally McCoist and Walter Smith.

IamRangers made his thoughts on Walter Smith and Ally McCoist clear when he posted about how they “are trying to take control of the club”. The poster claims that Green and Ahmad have the ability to call an EGM and sack the entire board if things do not go their way. The poster also claims that once the Craig Whyte claims have been dealt with, Charles Green will return as Chairman.

The fans have to look at themselves for this mess, they accepted Whyte despite Celtic fans warning them they argued vehemently that he was a stand up guy, until reality dawned on them. Green came along and it was the same, Celtic fans have been calling out the con men from day one but the bears i think just WANTED to believe they weren't crooks. Played the bears like a fiddle so they did.

This Ahmed thing is truly bizarre. A real WTF moment.
