    In 2001, Larry Murphy was sentenced to a 15 year prison sentence for the rape and attempted murder of a Carlow businesswoman in her mid 20s. It is believed that he had stalked the woman for over a month before following her into a secluded car park after she had finished work in February, 2000. Murphy punched the woman and forced her into the boot of his car.



    He stripped her and drove nine miles out of Carlow. The victim recalls how he had music blasting from the radio in a bid to drown out her screams.
    He stopped the car on a dirt track in Beaconstown where he raped the young woman. Murphy then put her back into the car and proceeded to drive another 14 miles into the Wicklow Mountains where he brutally beat and repeatedly raped her again.


    ---Wouldn't your heart just break for her. I wonder how she's doing now. My prayers are with her anyway.

    I heard she is doing well or as well as can be expected given what she went through, she has gotten married since and is back working.

    A sick paedo jail pal of Larry Murphy says the evil rape fiend's only regret was getting caught. Vincent Mckenna (44) revealed Murphy never showed any remorse.

    A convicted paedophile who admits befriending rapist Larry Murphy in jail, yesterday told the Star " He's not sorry for what he did"

    Monster Vincent Mckenna (44) yesterday claimed the rapists only regret was that he got caught
    "That was the only thing that bothered Larry," said vile pervert Mckenna- who spent six years in prison for molesting his step daughter.
    "He was caught in an area he knew like the back of his hand and that bothered him. "He didnt care about his victim..... I certainly never got the feeling he was sorry"

    No, it's been confirmed there'll be no interview with him, he ran away when they tried to talk to him

    It does seem like it's trying to stretch the story into something that's not there somewhat. And the interview is a little disjointed, annoying to watch. It doesn't flow properly.

    That's what lured me in here. I assumed TV 3 had gotten him into the studio and wanted to see why he would agree to the interview or if he'd been paid to give it (wouldn't put it past them).

    This is just muck. The one interviewing McWilliams seems like she's going through the motions with the 'shocking news Paul' act.

    I gather the shocking revelation is that someone who was in prison is no longer in prison and is hanging around with his friend, who he met in prison.
