Today's the 13th birthday for North American region Sega Dreamcasts (Wikipedia says Europe's Dreamcast day is October 14th). Adam Koralik on YouTube has a video wrap up for the last year on Dreamcast releases.

What to do in this situation? Abusive note under the wiper?

    Solve the problem permanently.
    1. Go to off licence. You're looking for either vodka, whiskey or bourbon, but if you have a preferred kind of brain bleach, go get that instead. The important thing is you need a mild to bad hangover and a hazy recollection over what you did.
    2. Printer ink. You need it. This is assuming you have a colour printer you can operate while utterly drunk.
    3. When you get back, before you start drinking, lock up you credit cards/lazer. You probably won't buy anything, but you need to be wasted for this to work. Besides you can get drunk and go shopping on the internet when there isn't some jerk parked on your doorstep.
    4. Also, do a once over on checking you know how to delete your internet brower's history. You're going to need to do be able to this while utterly wasted.
    5. Ready? Start drinking. Leave at least a 5 shots minimum for when you're done however.
    6. Search for
      Automotive fetish
. Yes. There are people on the internet who
      get sexually aroused by cars
. Yes its a whole word of creepy and weird you didn't need to know existed. For best results, look for the make, colour and model of the Mini.
    7. Print the worst of 'em
. You'll know them when you react by the sudden urge to
take a shower and curl up in the foetal position
      .
    8. Delete history. Immediately. Twice. At least. If necessary make a note to reinstall the hard disk in a different machine. Like a kitchen blender.
    9. Put the print outs of the images under the Mini's wind screen wipers, face down. You don't need to scar anyone walking their dog.
    10. Get back in the house, keep drinking and cry if necessary. There's no shame in it. By tomorrow you can pretend this all never happened.
I doubt whoever owns that car will never park on your street ever again.

Well I woke up this morning and the car is gone. I can only imagine that the driver reads boards and saw all of the above psychotic posts :pac:

I think either Garmin and GPS makers or the Ordinance Survey need to start making maps with contour lines showing the relative level of crazy in areas.

"Warning: This areas is not suitable to park in. A Class IV Pantry is within 10 meters, with a working internet connection."

There was really only one way to deal with the car:

You know what Destruction Derby, Mario Kart or Burnout are really missing? Bonus rounds like these.

In the case of Mario Kart, think this mixed with Smash Bros and the kart in the bonus round belongs to whoever used the most blue shells.

Don't know if y'all remember Sifl and Olly, but they are back and doing game reviews (real reviews for fake games!)

Also I have 17 euro in my Paypal account. I don't want to buy anything off eBay but recommend me something to buy.

Hopefully it'll be great, just I am always wary, ever since the Perfect Dark HD on XBLA left most purchasers, including me, a bit confused as to why we liked it in the first place....
Maybe it was for the best that Goldeneye never got it's HD release released!

but Sega have a really good record regarding releasing back catalogue games in other formats..thinking of many games and I can't think of any they have tried to revamp and ruined.
They never f##k with the formula, mostly because they are lazy bastards and look for the easy port and a few quid. huzzahhh Sega

I have to say, Sega have been superb at releasing their back catalogue. Getting M2 to do the emulation instead of most who will settle for Backbone (shudder) or Square Enix with the even worse Tose.

I played Nights recently. It definitely holds up well.

Question time, I know that I should be collecting NTSC N64 stuff but would it make a difference what games or is it just the console?

I have a few N64 games that I got in a lot a while ago and want to know if I should sell them and start fresh again

NTSC console all the way. There's ways of playing PAL games on a NTSC machine but they are kind of glitchy so I've heard. Also NTSC console supports S-video out of the box and the earlier models can be modded to RGB. It's also easy to mod to play US or Japanese games. It's a no brainer really.

Also, just back from Dredd...I'd tell everyone go see it, very very good and does the character justice!

I saw tonight as well. Was only two other people in the screening though and Lawless was packed. Mentioned it to my sister earlier and she hadn't a clue about it despite it being the kinda of film she'd go to in cinema.
Was it not advertised much? I hate to see it not do well and then no sequels.

It had a trailer that made it look awful.

I managed to find a 2D screening of it this evening though.

Hope it does well. Would love to see them tackle the Judge Child saga in a sequel.

Could be worse, you could end up with Digital Eclipse doing the emulation honours, sh1tting on retro gamers everywhere!

looks like people might finally be giving the thumbs down to all these endless sequels and rehashes. there doesnt seem to be any creativity in Hollywood anymore.

I actually liked the trailer haha, except
I knew the final shot of the trailer would be the final kill of the film

I caught a 2D viewing as well, the other half doesn't recieve 3D apparently.
I actually didn't see any ads for it.

    PS1 Sd-Card adapter coming out next year - http://psx-scene.com/forums/content/project-playstation-input-output-aka-psio-first-ps1-sd-card-hack-play-ps1-games-sd-2557/

No soldering, it'll plug into the IO port at the back. Definitely a yoink purchase given the utter rubbishness of Sony lasers
