Wow, if PSG sign these players I think they might become my 2nd team :) Could be good to watch.

Unfortunately, they also become every wanker you'll ever play on Pro Evo or FIFA's second team also.

But hey, at least it's variety. Instead of playing against Barcelona or Real Madrid every game, at least a third team will be thrown into the mix :o

Kolo Toure looks to be going to Bursaspor
Capello in talks for Russia job
    No Lloris bid by Spurs

The Lyon president also stated that he has held "serious discussions" with Premier League clubs regarding the possible transfer of left-back Aly Cissokho.
The 24-year-old has been linked with Liverpool recently.

Also looking at that wages list milan will have cut about 70 million off their wage bill this summer alone, take into account new players and that probably stands at about 55 million in savings. Serious changes ahead

He's African so he must be lying about his age.

I think he thought the player was African and then decided to insinuate that African players all lie about their ages.

Yeah, it is from the start of last season, but a lot of the players are still on those contracts.

That list is beyond fantasy, Ibra was on between €10 and €12 million, before tax. Flamini was on about €5.5m a year before tax (€105k a weekish).

Ibra was being paid €13m a year by Barca and took a big cut to join Milan.

The highest Figure I've seen from any decent source for Ibra's wage was $14million, which is less than €11.5, the lowest was €9million.

He is currently asking PSG for €15m a year, by all accounts, because he would only move to them for a massive pay raise.

Amiable was saying that he was African so his age isn't his actual age. Kyrogen didn't understand what he was on about so I was explaining it. I know he is not African.

I'm just being a pedant for the sake of it.

Ah, I knew what was being insinuated, it just didn't make any sense because he is French!

I felt the need to point that out :)

Milan's medical team at the time was lead by a chiropractor who, amongst other strange systems, would exam players teeth,

Beckham had to wear a retainer to "fix" something when he signed for us, Ronaldinho had orthodontic surgery when he signed too, and other players have had teeth pulled, braced installed etc.

The medical team decided he was fine but the problem with his teeth could have lead to spinal and musuclar problems so he'd miss baout 4 months of the season between surgeries and rehabilitation (they would teach players how to walk properly, jump and land properly etc) so Milan wanted to shave a few million off the deal, Lyon called their bluff and Milan walked away.

In fairness, he has ****ed up teeth.

I don't see it unless he's moving on the cheap. We have a good starting LB, who worked well when we had a stable back 4 (before Agger and Johnson injuries), so unless this is for back-up (talk of youngster Robinson going on loan)...but I think we should be investing elsewhere.

Good deal for Spurs if true, presume his wages will come down a decent bit from his City package.

l'Equipe reports Leonardo and Mino Raiola went to Sweden to sign Ibrahimovic but came back empty handed. Said he wouldn't sign for any less than the €12 million (after tax) he's on at Milan.

On the subject of much-travelled, mercurial forwards with gargantuan combined transfer fees, Anelka wants out of China already with Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia) his preferred destination.

Referring to my previous annoyance towards Spurs - "I really hate that Dick Byrne!"

Not that I hate them, but the quick progress they are making this summer is making me nervous as a Pool fan.

    Whats that a week? 225K, 230K??

Not really surprised at Anelka actually, was hoping we'd keep him as I'd rather have him then Kalou.
