                                             . Fock again, so some serious effort was required. At this stage I was going past a lot of people and maybe just one or two passed me in the last mile. Turned onto Furze Rd, and checked the watch again...pace down to 6.37. That gave me a boost and knew I just had to keep the intensity going rigt to the line. It was really hurting at this stage, but I suppose it's not meant to be easy!. Crossed the line, and final look at the watch 33.57. Delighted.
