    MSB St Patricks 5k.

5k run in 22.22. PB for 5k. Happy with that. More in the tank i think. Its a matter of getting used to running faster. Its pretty much completely alien to me.

I suppose Im guilty of what a lot of people do starting running - concentrating on running longer rather than getting any faster. For the next while id like to get a bit of speed going. Sub 20 for 5k would be nice. A lot of hard work needed to get there but no harm to have a goal.

Quick edit - My chip time was 22.14! Wahey!!
