do what I do - don't iron.

you know you can bring your stuff to a cleaners / launderette, and they'll iron them. can be quite cheap actually. might be worth paying it!

Eat meat, beans, and dairy until you cant eat anymore.
Have you considered any of the weight gain supplement shake things? They have massive calories without the fat
