Yer welcome!Why is it when you are nice to someone who is a dick they just turn into more of a dick? :rolleyes:
One of a couple of things.
- What they are doing does not appear to be received as dickish behaviour. They'll end up just doing it more as it seems to be acceptable.
- They just couldn't care less the affect their behaviour / atitude has on other people.0 -

Do you ever just want to punch your boss..
I had that feeling on a daily basis with my old boss.. problem was I used to sit beside him so it was hard to hide my anger. Used to go upstairs and take it out on cardboard boxes. Punched the living fook outta them!!
Another issue was that outside work he was a nice guy!!
You just can't win sometimes

My last boss I had major issues with, I never once had a meeting that didn't end up as a fight. I didnt need to blackmail anyone, he did a good enough job of making himself known for the wrong reasons as it was. I just kept my head down, did my work and got spotted by the people who matter for the right reasons..

Had a bit of a rant to the guy that trained me. Sent a blunt email about their unrealistic expectations and the need for trained support staff and feel a bit better. Tomorrow should be interesting!0 -

I find it a lot easier to state things eloquently when I have time to think about it. That's why I prefer email to phone conversations.
