    not mad on carbonara, tends to be a bit cheesy for my tastes

    bolognaise's, chilli's, a wicked spaghetti meatball my oh makes or what the kids call 'red pasta' (a basic tomato, chilli + whatever happens to be in the press sauce with pasta - maybe some rashers) them I likes


    Esp with fresh pasta, if you haven't had fresh pasta, you don't know what you're missing :)
