I'm starting to become a little depressed. Really missing being at home, not sure what's happening around me, stuggling to keep on top of things with college. Not sure what to do with myself altogether. More than anything I'd love just one week at home, I know it would sort me out, but how can I even miss a single day with the amount of content I have to get through with my course?

    3 essays due for tomorrow:

    1. Spanish
    2. English
    3. Irish

    FML.

With you 100%... I don't even like being at home, and I'd choose that over this.... Just want time to recharge... but as you say....the mountain of work just keeps piling higher and higher....

In one of my lectures this morning we had to watch a video that showed how pigs are raised and slaughtered for food. I've never been closer to going back to being vegetarian. I actually felt physically sick watching it.

    Double post but meh.

Got cancelled from work, left my uniform in my locker in college. Was half way home on the dart and got un-cancelled. Now I have to go back to college, get my uniform and then get out to work. I also have to type up stuff for a presentation tomorrow and do prep for a practical.

There really aren't enough hours in the day.

Stupid English Department giving me a tutorial time that clashes with my Spanish lecture:mad:

And I'm meant to be preparing a Psychology essay aabout "How majorities influence minorities" which might sound simple, but I've to get 1500 words in a style of essay I've never written before, based on a module by a lecturer who is utterly useless. I haven't a notion how to even start going about it:(

I'm sick of people jamming up the (southbound) 84X when they have to get off anywhere before it reaches Shankill/motorway. I was refused entry to two buses because people just climb onto the first bus they see without regard for where they and others need to go.

What's worse is that some of the bus drivers use a very basic 'first n' system at each stop. I've only seen two drivers ever actually check to see if people needed that bus or not.

Said I wouldn't go out this week. Said I was gonna catch up and study.

    Sigh.

On the plus side, I have something to look forward to, tomorrow night. And I'm feeling more better :)

Poetry responses on poetry that makes you feel apathetic are reaaaally hard. I've spent the last hour and a half sitting at my desk, getting up and going to the kitchen for sesame sticks, coming back, eating said sesame sticks, then repeating the cycle. I don't even like sesame sticks that much...

    Two pages in...yay.

    Use that as your response.

"Poem x by poet y affected me in many ways. Among the swirl of emotions conjured up by this poem, was boredom. Honestly, this poem is so boring, that reading it made we want to fall asleep. In order to prevent myself falling asleep, being as I had to write this response, I made several back and forth trips to the kitchen, and consumed at least 200% of my GDA of Sesame.

I also found this poem to be rather depressing. I mean, seriously, has this poet ever seen a rainbow? All he does is bitch and bitch about how he got dumped by some whore he met on a road in spring. Seriously dude, go to Coppers or something."

Ugh, normal computer suite for our practical today was double booked. Cue us and our demonstrators going round for a half hour to almost every suite in nuig looking for a free one. Then did out the assignment, show it to the demonstrator. Fecking typo on the assignment intro meant i had some of my code backwards and ended up having to go back and rewrite it >_<

I was already looking forward to a nice, relaxing weekend after going out for the past few weeks but I just got invited to another 18th. My heart actually sank a little, that's how bad I am at this whole having-a-social-life business. Might not have anything for the next few weeks though, so I should probably go...gah

For that to have gone any worse, the computer would have to burst into flames, the ceiling would have to have collapsed, and I'd have got bitten by a turtle full of AIDS.
