I wish there was a way to block people on the FB chat, i have a few people who are constantly online and i hate when they start a convo with me, especially if i want to talk to someone else.

There is a way for you to appear offline to certain people.

There is. You put the annoying people in a separate group (in your Friend settings). In the chat, your friends are organised by groups. You can select "Go offline" for a particular group. Bingo!

Sometimes people use Facebook as like a diary, i hate the status like:
"FML..."
"Or like men are <insert expletive of your choice here>"
etc...
Usually posts like these are by people literally waiting for someone to as whats wrong. That annoys me! They should just get a shrink!

Such was the level of bigoted status updates in regards to the royal wedding I ended up deleting 4 people from my friends list on Friday.

One 'friend' in particular posted;

"****in royal wedding, I ****ing hate all those British scum, every last one of them"

Her very next status update was..

"I really hope Arsenal beat the United scum on Sunday. COME ON THE GUNNERS"

...Words fail me.
The worse part was it was all written in text speak.

Also you can delete your account, some people think you can deactivate it only but there is a way to delete it altogether...(just saying)
