Maybe met.ie took him out since he knows too much. I suspect we will hear all about it from wikileaks.

Which one is it WC? Is it the long straight line to the north west or the lump of cloud to the north?

it's after clouding over here in north co. dublin. temp hovering around 0C, bit of a breeze picking up! be careful up this way - don't think the gritters were out and there's many icy patches on the roads!

Same in Dublin 16, turning really dark too. Dammit I was hoping to escape this, I'm heading to Galway tomorrow.

Regarding peoples doubts of MT's predictions of nationwide big time snow; Remember the film The Commitments?

MT is like Joey The Lips. Everyone doubted him, thought he was talking balls....but eventually, slightly later than promised, Wilson Pickett did indeed turn up.

    :)

They'll probably merge, giving more prolonged fall on the west/southwest coastlines.

Looks like it's about to drizzle here in south Meath. Cloud is just the wrong colour for snow.

That's a good sign for snow, cos if they're deep purple you're probably going to get rain.
