Your list of anecdotes wasn't backed by a single source. You may be used to assuming people will believe you because you said so, but you'll have to try a bit harder around here.
As to making a complaint about the Gardai, I already gave you a link a judicial report that stated that the Gardai are almost to a man dodgy. They simply will not co-operate with any complaint made against a fellow cop.
I'm far too smart to bother complaining about dodgy cops to other dodgy cops, thanks.

I dont know about any EU report FROM PEOPLE WHO WEREN'T THERE BUT WILL SAY WHAT PLEASES THE GENERAL POPULACE.
But i do know that the responese i have being hearing were .......childlike...

Beef away. The entrance requirements for the Gardai are a joke. Hence you are likely to get cops who would be too thick to get onto a DIT art degree. Don't fancy their chances against anything other than non-resisting peaceful protester TBH.

Is everybody remembering to take note that no Garda here wants to talk about Donal Corcoran, the Garda who went out to assault peaceful protesters in 2002 with no ID number showing and not one of his fellow Gardai would name him?

It depends where I encounter them. At an accident or anything like that they are always fantastic. About six years ago I was involved in a nasty court case involving serious assault. The ban gardai working with me was incredible. Really was an incredible woman.

But I have encountered the nasty side of the guards also - the one at half past two in the morning, arresting someone and giving him a beating during the arrest.

I have seen both side of them so it is hard for me to give a Yes/No answer to the question. I respect the commitment they give to the job they do, not sure I respect all the people themselves inside the uniforms.

thats were im at obiously I respect gaurds who help out in accidents and have to see horrbile sh1t daily paticularly those who work against the gangs but still I seen enough to take them on a case by case basis

If they're respectful to me i'l extend the same courtesy to them. In all honesty on the few occasions ive interacted with them they've been polite enough. They're just doing their job.
