The rest of the games i mentioned are the only other big fps shooters i know, besides bc2, but i dont really know how snipers work in that. I was simply lol'ing at your statement that you cant quickscope in any other shooter, which games were you talking about ?
Quickscoping and no scoping are not the same thing, noscoping has no accuracy, therefore it is complete luck. Quickscoping is zooming in till your scope is just about to be visible and then shooting, thus making it accurate and therefore requiring skill to pull off consistantly.
edit. BTW, when you said TF is lol's, im guessing you were refering to its unrealistic style ? and not the actually game ? 0 -

Ah, well in COD4 I didn't notice it as much, but that's only my experience.
I wasn't trying to claim that CS was a bad game sorry, just I thought that comparing a feature in it to a game ten years later isn't the best of examples.

Reading about the claymore spamming. Few boardsies and I were playing Sabotage in Karachi yesterday. I think we had harriers out, and the noob enemy team didn't bother shooting it down, and instead opted to stay inside. I had Sitrep on (59/120 at that time). Harrier left and we called another in, and they again stayed inside the house with the stairs, balcony and windows which you can jump down into from above (near
