Oh okay so it won't matter if I miss some. That's cool, thank you.

But, I doubt the clubs would think highly of you showing your face once a year:p

Haha yeah I don't think so either! I plan on going to most of them, just worried some might clash or something because I want to try out a few different clubs.

Same here. The choice is a fair bit better to the secondary school options of GAA or soccer

Is there like a gospel choir of some sort...? I'd like that :D

There's a list of the clubs and socs in the handbook you get in the post and yeah, it says there is a Gospel Choir Society. That would be rather fun! I'm gonna have such a tough time cutting down the list of ones I want to try out. I'm all up for trying new things :)

Sounds a bit, well, unconventional to put it nicely, but probably gonna try the Archery, Fencing and Tennis. Maybe a few others. I know they sound a but weird, but what the hell, you only live once. You?

Oh, and also starting an Airsoft one.

Oh that's really cool, it would be really cool to give that a go! I'm thinking of Hockey (I really wanted to do camogie but they don't cater for beginners and I haven't played for 6 years!), Soccer, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Fencing, Paintball, and Self Defence or Karate or something kind of martial Arts-y.

Lol I'm gonna have to cut it down I know, but those are the ones I'm considering. I'll have a good look around on the Clubs and Socs Day!

Damn! I've just realised that my list is only the Clubs and I didn't include the Societies.... I have a lot of decisions to make...

Ha don't worry, it's cool! :) Are you thinking of joining any other ones?

I'm considering fencing, though I dunno if I'd be any good =/ I would join the tea one only my teeth are stained to **** from drinking too much :P Also what's MUCK?

Ah, table tennis, I knew I forgot something. I'll be giving that a go aswell.

I'm in the same boat as you for Hurling. Haven't played for a club or school in around 4 years. Ah well, I'm sure the other clubs and socs will keep me occupied.

Ooh I'm thinking of fencing too! I'll probably suck too, so you're not alone! :P
we can be the two that everyone avoids for fear of getting their ear chopped off! Ahahaha

I'll probably get slaughtered for saying this.... but I don't like tea. *runs and hides*

And I remember I read somewhere what MUCK was but I have a terrible memory, sorry!

    Yay we'll suck together!

Ah tea is great for relaxing me, esp. when I get in an argument with my parents, so I guess I'll be drinking less since I'm moving out! :P

Yeah I'm sure they will. It's just a pity cuz Camogie was the only sport I was actually any bit good at! Ah well... hockey isn't too different! And it's rather fun!
Oh! Do you know what would be cool? A dodgeball club! I wonder if there is one?

Haha lets hope! I reckon though that I'll get on a lot better with my family once I leave because I'll realise how much they did for me. I'm really hoping anyway!

Well, cool might not be the right word:p

But it would be some laugh. If there's not, just set one up. That's what I'm gonna have to do with the Airsoft one (basically Paintball except with pelet guns)

Hahaha yeah it would be sooo much fun! :D
I haven't a clue about the first thing about it or the rules or anything though.
And I'd be terrible trying to run a club, it'd be a joke XD

Do they not explain it in the movie Dodgeball?

And, if you set it up you can delegate to other people to run it and stuff, and then still get all the credit:D

Ha, after the shameful effort I put in with the leaving cert, I am under strict orders to knuckle down for college. The only thing is they never said to start in First year :p
