I need to buy a spare Garmin GSC cadence/speed sensor for my training bike and want to know where I can get it at the best price? Chainreaction have it for about €49
Amazon have it cheaper but the postage is excessive.

Postage costs from Amazon?? I've never paid postage for anything from Amazon.
I've stuff on the way to me via DHL and it's free.
Sensor works out at €42 with free postage.

I am grateful to you and cursing you in equal measure for linking to that site. I am new to non-commuter cycling so didn't know things as beautiful as this were available:

I am a bit worried that I couldn't do it justice and would look like a bit of a tit. It's unnaturally sexy, though.

have the jersey, wasnt sure whether to get the matching shorts tho. must look up the euro rules.

I feel better about it now, so! A leaden hint has been oh-so-casually dropped with my darling wife in the context of my upcoming birthday.

Well euro rules would say no as you have not earned the jersey or shorts, however the jersey would look a lot better with the short so maybe the rules could be bent slightly!

I did a check for amazon UK and with postage (£7) the cost was over €50. What trader/shop on amazon did you see it for 42?

I believe, when I looked at the list,it was Amazon themselves. Ok not the cheapest on the list £33.63 Vs £32.99 but the cheapest option wouldn't give me free p+p,quoted me £19 p+p.

My checkout page shows £34.63( Irish VAT rate adjustment?) comes in@€41.62 with xe dot com.

    an abundance of fiddly bits.

bottle cages, bolts for same, brake cables, powerlinks, chain tool, clif bars, frame cable adjustors, tyre lever (as recommended mentioned by Lumen)

nothing fancy or remotely sexy. But necessary. Hopefully this will see my Planet-x built up TT mode.

from recent posts, Prendas have been added to short term wish list, and CO2 cannisters are in a basket awaiting the delivery tool

    Well Done TAXMAN!
I followed your advice and hey presto! I have just bought (I Think) a garmin GSC 10 for approx. £34.63 which is about €41-€43 a saving of approximately €7 on the best nearest UK online site. Dont bother asking about here in Ireland as it retails for between 55 and 67 euros depending on which shop you want to get mugged in.
I love the feeling of good buy!
    :D

    Titanium bottle cages.

    Specialized Alias saddle(Black)

Ultegra 6700 triple cranks.Ditched the 172.5 and gone back to 175.

Picked up a new pair of handbuilt wheels this evening from the Cyclesuperstore. Mavic 32h Open Pros laced onto Record (front) & Chorus (rear) with Competition spokes.

Had the rims for a couple of years, they were still in their plastic wrapping until last week. Hubs I picked up on Ebay over last 12 months, couldn't get a matching Record hub for the rear wheel, but Chorus still looks, and hopefully performs, almost as well.
