Not as entertaining as the mad world of Chad Aichs. Apparently he had a girlfriend in New Zealand... who he has now married... and to mark the event they went to the desert to shoot electrical appliances with fully automatic weapons... then post the pictures of that and not the wedding on the internet. Awesome.

Did ya see Chad Aichs "highland games"? The man is pretty much Mikey from Orange County Choppers, but with no tv cameras!

funny thing at the gym today, i was doing some front squats and a guy behind me was setting up for some barbell curls, the guy to my right steps up on the calf raise machine which creaks every time he "raises", in sync with the guy behind me doing barbell curls.

so it looked like the guys arms behind me were creaking...it's the little things that brighten up the day...

    Nice

My preworkout consisted of 8 rashers covered in salsa in two pittas washed down with 500mls of an energy drink which contains 52grams of sugar.

    Nice :D

I had a 1/2 lb pattie and some nuts....

3 Double cheeseburgers and a litre of milk post.
Im not sure they were better value than a triple whopper, but I didn't feel like waiting.

I'm useless without herself around to remind me to take stuff out of the freezer.

    Hi g'em

Maybe as this is the off topic thread the conversation is DIY based and they really do mean Threadmill http://www.threadmillsusa.com/ :D

People writing it wrong is one one thing but people who actually pronounce the "th" part make we want to commit mass genocide. Like they really emphasise the "th" at the start.
