should be fine, thought you do not 100% need a passport to travel to the uk it does help if you have one

Ian wants to get the show started early*, so...
In order to allow enough time for deployment prior to game on we have decided to drop the 1030hrs safety briefing and replace it with a safety briefing at the start of each faction's command briefing.

    Command Briefing timings are:
    CDF: 0800hrs
    USMC: 0830hrs
    Chedaki: 0900hrs

ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THEIR FACTION'S COMMAND BRIEFING.

    Timings:
    Friday...
    Check-in start time: 1700hrs
    Check-in closing time: 0100hrs

    Saturday...
    Check-in opening time: 0700hrs
    CDF Briefing: 0800hrs
    USMC Briefing: 0830hrs
    Chedaki Briefing: 0900hrs

    Check-in closing time: 0930hrs
    Radio checkout times: 0930hrs - 1000hrs
    Chrono start time: 0800hrs
    Chrono stop time: 1000hrs
Safety briefing: 1030hrs in the main square outside building 11. This is now taking place during each faction's command briefing.
Game on: 1100hrs (for CDF & Chedaki only - USMC start at 1200hrs)

    Sunday...
    End ex: 1200hrs

*either that, or he doesn't want to have to scream the whole thing at Maximum Fcuking Volume. :)

Anybody know if the IAA are providing a letter saying these guys are ok and are taking part in an event in Wales?

If you have your booking reference number for the TA events website you can log in to their site and print out a letter of invitation from those guys.

Yes they are, ask them directly info@irishairsoft.ie. They have also spoken to the ferry companies.

On another note, the Irish have been given building 11 for sleeping on the Friday night (the largest building), so head there on arrival and "get a room".

Just bring photo ID, your ticket for the event, and some evidence that you're a skirmisher (or a Membership Card).

So the ferry itinerary, the customs cover letter and the e-ticket for the event. Anything else?

Well seeing as you're on the tan / marine side, a white flag should prove invaluable ;)

Know this is short notice, but if anyone has a tan (or even black will do) serpa holster for an M9 or a 1911 (M9 preferred), and wants to drop it in their bag and lend it to me for the weekend, I'll be extremely grateful :-)

(Got a new M9 today, had a SERPA waiting that was for an M92. Fail).

i can bring along an M1911 serpa dave, will need your own screws and leg panel though as its not attached to anything at the moment. and its tan.

You know what I do for a living. All I'll say is be careful what you eat and drink over the weekend. You might aswell pack some Motilium and Imodium, I haven't decided which end I want projectile evacuation yet. :D

On a related, and more serious note, everyone on meds (and in case of injury) should make sure to bring an E111 card for free treatment in cases of emergency.

    +1
Jealousy does not begin to describe my feelings for all of ye heading over. Good luck lads - naturally, this extends to both sides - be they epic multicam wearing USMC (for the win!) or 'evil' commie greenies.
