The question is irrelevant cos he is training, surely hitch or no hitch he will get stronger from it.

Also, I want a pit to train in.

The question was whether it would have been legal or not. The answer was no, so its not really a matter of relevancy.

I agree though that it will get him stronger so who cares.

I would love to know why he trains in a pit as well.

Oriental buffet in the shopping centre beside the cinema in dun laoghaire. I think they'll have to change that "all you can eat" policy after my visit today. €10, cheaper than going to the butchers.

"All you can eat, hide and smuggle out of the place," is what they were called when traveling.

480kg single ply, walked out squat :o

Got turned down 2:1, but it is still one hell of a squat.

He also dropped 310kg on his chest from near lockout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCTjwD7IZz8&), and still went on to deadlift 410kg - nuts!

Also heard that Andy Bolton deadlifted 430kg raw at a comp today

You probably have, in multiply federations.

The depth there wasn't what the IPF tend to look for. Impossible to tell from the front, but can deffo see why reds were given.

Pizza Hut 10 Euro buffet, only way to eat non-frozen pizza and feel like the molester instead of the molestee. Molestee apparently isn't a word, it should be.

I've never gone, i always assumed there would be a restriction... do you have to leave after a certain time has elapsed or can you just keep eating??

I had 6 hours to kill in Dublin once. Went to Dundrum to the cinema then came back in and went to Pizza Hut. I was there a good 50 minutes. I think it's 9.99 with no drinks, though they offer a glass of water and expect a tip. I got up to fill my plate 4 times and had at least 3 slices each time. The pizza isn't the absolute best IMO, I'm a domino's man. All the salad you want is included, though they hadn't much I like.
Also, Ice Cream is included. If I were to say how much I had it would bring shame not just on me, but anyone who read it. :pac:

AFAIK the strongman training camps won't be doing anything there. I could be wrong! Weeman2 is the person to ask. There's some vids up on teh youtube of the lads from Waterford. MrKevinthehulks channel.

I've never gone, i always assumed there would be a restriction.
The only restriction I see is the fact the food is pizza, i.e. filling base, though a mate of mine used to go and get a few pizzas and scrape all the meat toppings off onto just one, then throw out the bases. I wouldn't like doing that and thought they might say something. I dunno if you could ask them for 10 toppings of various meats, but I think they are standard and so my mate was having to throw them out.

The Chinese one is good, ignore the fillers like rice, noodle & chips. I had at least 3 normal takeaway portions of BBQ ribs alone, probably 2-3 chicken fillets, beef, and probably 20 buffalo wings.

Ahh, I remember the pizza hut buffet well. It was £5 in old money when I was in College. I once ate 16 slices over the space of 45 minutes, mind you I didn't do any weight training at the time I was just fat. I wonder what kind of damage I could do to it after a heavy squat session.

Cage fighters picked on because they were dressed as women for a stag night say they are surprised that CCTV of the incident has become an internet hit.

Daniel Lerwell and James Lilley, of Swansea, were out in the city in August when they were confronted by two drunk men as they walked down the street.

CCTV shows the fighters, in skirts and wigs, easily floor the assailants who have since been given community orders.

"They picked the wrong guys," said Mr Lerwell, also known as "Lights Out".

Footage of the altercation has appeared on countless websites where it has been viewed extensively.

It shows Mr Lerwell and Mr Lilley - members of the Swansea Predators cage fighting team from Mount Pleasant - dressed in women's clothing celebrating a stag night in Swansea city centre on 30 August this year.

The pair, whose fighting names are "Lights Out" Lerwell and "Lion Heart" Lilley, were on their way to join about 10 fellow cage fighters in a nightclub when they were picked on.

"I saw these boys go up to James and start calling him names, and then he was hit," said 23-year-old Mr Lerwell, a plumber.

"I wasn't really thinking, it was just instinct really."

Mr Lerwell said that he and Mr Lilley had not given the incident a second thought afterwards until he saw themselves in video stills in a local paper some weeks later.

"It was surprise," he said. "We'd forgotten all about it."

He added that since the publicity surrounding the brief scuffle: "My phone hasn't stopped ringing."

Mr Lilley added: "It's just a shame that people like that spoil things for everyone.

"A few of the boys were going out for a night and just thought we would do something different which was why were in drag.

    'Intoxicated and aggressive'

"We were due to knuckle down to training because we had a fight coming up in six weeks, and it was the last chance for a blow-out."

The pair's assailants, Dean Jonathan Gardner, 19, and Jason Andrew Fender, 22, both from Bonymaen, have since appeared in Swansea Magistrates Court admitting using intimidating behaviour or words.

The court heard that Gardner and Fender were both intoxicated and aggressive during the early hours of 30 August after drinking jugs of cocktails.

A CCTV camera first captured the pair in a fight outside a nightclub with a man dressed as Spider-Man.

They are then seen walking along Kingsway before Gardener confronts Mr Lilley, dressed in black hot pants and a pink wig.

After throwing a punch at him, Gardner and then Fender are both quickly floored by Mr Lerwell, wearing a short black dress with stockings and suspenders.

When Gardner eventually gets to his feet, he groggily stumbles along before falling over again.

Mark Davies, defending, said: "You know it cannot have been a good night when you get into a fight with Spider-Man and two cross-dressing men."

Gardner and Fender were ordered to carry out a four-month community order, during which they will be electronically tagged, and to pay prosecution costs of £85 each.

This guy has 260 horsepower, doctors told him he needs to have sex 15 times a day, and he drinks melted butter, which apparently "a regular human cannot do"
