    I only use the shield on Domination or if i'm in a generous mood and theres a harrier or pavelow around I'll absord the fire from it in TDM for easy points, although once I stupidly changed one of my perks on my shield class from danger close to cold blooded, not much use trying to absord harrier fire when the harrier cant see you, so all the enemy guys could see this shield wielding lunatic pointing it in the air as the harrier was mowing down his teammates, and then i got knifed in the ankles, doh :D

    It's happening me too - I mostly play Domination though. Played about 10 games yesterday, and I'd estimate that 8 or 9 of them went through host migration at least once.

    It's so annoying because often it will disconnect entirely and then you end up joining a new lobby where the game is almost over and your team are getting thrashed! I have honestly joined games like these where there were about 2 minutes remaining and I get killed 10 times by air support, because we're getting spawn-raped (even with cold-blooded).

    Just playing tdm on derail and saw one of the enemy run into the little building at the top of the map . So I followed him in ..........

    Boosting :mad:

    Needless to say it they didnt get their nuke :cool:

    What is there reason for not taking out the tact insert :confused:

    Taking it out of FFA - fine

    Taking it out of TDM, I'm unsure, but taking it out of tactical modes isn't a good idea as it has a valid use

    TBH I really dont get the point of TI at all, you can hear them a mile away, the easily recognisable fizzle sound effect. the flare itself can even be seen through walls and if you find one you know theres someone nearby or even standing right beside it, so all you have to do is kill that guy then run back and kill him again when he respawns. I've gotten tons of piss easy kills from guys giving away their location from using TI's. Its like Scrambler, which to me is the most pointless perk in the game as it only gives away that you're nearby! at least coldblooded and ninja conceal your wherabouts, scrambler announces you're coming.

    You see I never play ffa ........ I think I've been in maybe 2 games with boosters . Where they had the tactical insertion it was impossible to see it and I'd say most people just thought it was a snipers ?? I was absolutely blessed to see your man running in

    I could see the benefits of it if your entire clan had it, if it was a mid or small map playing against that team you'd pretty much have no radar for the whole game

    Thats actually a good point, but in TDM theres always a few guys who have to have their precious Commando Pro on:rolleyes:

    if you hide your TI's right when your killed you can come back and take out the guy before he moves on ending his kill streak early . its good when your playing defensively so you can hold the same turf. as for scrambler its great for taking out people like campers or defensive players (there is a distinction ) when you have it pro it slows the reaction speeds of claymores

    When you go into a FFA game and two of the players have the clan tag [TUBE] you know its going to be a pain in the arse, jesus wept, played on wasteland and these two clowns were just noobtubing all over the place, then to make it worse some of the other players joined in, so it was just grenades sailing across the map, I stayed over by the burnt out cars and just patrolled up and down picking them off as they all legged it for the underground part. got my predator, harrier and chopper gunner and managed to spawn trap a couple of them so got 29 kills in total, 5 deaths, everyone else in the game had 20+ deaths it was ridiculous, you've never seen so many noobtubers on one map, fcuk sake.

    Both [TUBE] guys had that hotdog noobtuber sign as well, why would you take pride in the fact you cant play the game properly?

    That high spot on crash is absolutly doable with a grenade from the ground, its an easy shot with high reward factor. Also the fences on this version around that same spot are hard i.e. they will explode a tube or RPG if so required, dont think it was that way on MW1

    Saw an absolutely hilarious camper on Crash the other night. I knew from previous games that this dude was up to. Followed him up the stairs towards the roof of the highest building and got nailed by a claymore. Then I came back flashed the fresh claymore and ran up to the roof to find him crouched behind the stairwell just waiting for his claymore to go off!


    That happens nearly every game of crash I play, its campers heaven there. Way to solve it is go to the blue room doorway that faces the 4 story, secure the entrence behind you with a claymore, wait.... wait ... BAM! Head shot, they get sick of waiting for people to walk up the stairs so try and snipe from the roof, as soon as they stick their camping heads out let rip.


    Best part is they nearly always spawn at the opposite side of the building and insta run to get back there, so have a short sprint to the doorway beside the grassy verge to get yet another kill off the idiot camper!!!!

    2 kills for you and 1 leasson for them.

    If you want to get an enemy on top of that 3 storey just go into the building by 'A' on Dom and stand on top of the ladder, you can snipe fairly well from there

    I usually find a good sniper will have that spot squared off, telling ye, lob an auld 'nade up there from behind the bins to the left and KABLAMMMO, problem solved.

    Don't follow your post minotour? How can a sniper from 3 storey have that spot near A squared off.

    I've taken out Snipers/campers from the three story from the top of that ladder as well. It's a nice spot, cause it's pretty much impossible for them to see you from across the map so you can take your time in aiming. I've done it with ACR and Famas too, so no need to snipe them. :)

    wtf is with the matchmaking system today, it keeps throwing me into the same game of FFA on salvage, I dont want to play that sh1tty map!!

    I tried out something in "Capture the Flag" in the stimulus gameplay. Put a claymore in the white ring surrounding the flag that people have to run into to capture our flag. Boom! Scavenge another claymore; Wash, rinse and repeat. Got the most defender accolades every match for that.

    I was playing a map in sub base, there was 3 using commando on the other team, but in one situation, a fella ported around a fecking corner to hit me with it. In the killcam, none of me was visible, yet it hit. And in another, it was actually through a wall.

    Does anyone use the attack helicopter? I tried it out a few times last night but the fuppin thing just kept patrolling the empty areas of the map!

    Nope, out of the killstreaks the ones I never use are counter uav, care package, attack helicopter, airstirke, stealth bomber, emp. care package is ok paying TDM but on FFA it leaves you too vunerable, and emergency airdrop on FFA is lunacy, everyone charges towards you, unless you use it on a high building where you cant get the packages and then kill everyone as they run over to try steal them :D

    Well I reset all my stats out of boredom, so all I have so far is UAV, Counter UAV, CP, Pred Missile and Harriers, I use the UAV, Pred and Harriers most times. Shame you can't alter the killstreaks for the class I think.

    Arrrrgh, was on TDM and 2 kills short of getting a nuke on Afghan, had my chopper gunner in the air and was mowing down the other team, got 14 kills from it, and the score level was hit, arse anyway.
