    I never thought I'd say it, but I think I've found a pint of ice cream that has defeated me. GONE.

    But a pint of Green and Black's Chocolate Ice Cream has been sitting in my freezer since Saturday afternoon and I can't finish it. It's too rich. I never thought I'd hear myself say it, but I can't finish the tub. Amazing :eek:

    A friend told me yesterday that you can now get Brunch ice-pops in ice cream-in-tub form!! Finding this out in the same week I found out about Fererro Rocher milkshakes is bound to be disastrous for my health....I

    no offence to EileenG but to me that smacks of - its dissing fat and protein and goes totally against the anti-carb stance so im closing it. where as in reality (aside from being light on protein) its not really a fad diet as such in that there are lots of good foods in there

    That's what you say about every thread over there. I don't know how you think a diet that promises 5-7lb weight loss in a few days and is incredibly restrictive as well as gimmicky can't be considered a fad diet.
