    I wasnt advocating the diet at all, my issue was the locking of the thread. its no more gimmicky than a diet of meat alone or a few other ones - those threads were not locked. a blind man could see the bias there .. not discussing it any further btw dude.

    No, I think it's rude tbh. I'm more leniant than most and you lot pretty much get the run of the place. Doesn't sit very well with me when I see people taking the píss to that extent.

    I'm not going to ban you or infract you, there's no need, but you seem to be rubbing a few people up the wrong way at the moment. I think maybe you should take a break from the thread for a few days. Let that be the end of it.

    Open myprotein on internet explorer and use 000000. Don't think it works in firefox/ other browsers
