    ARGGHH MY FOOTTT!
I've been running the past few days with shoes that are a bit too small and this morning I'm paying the price, I can barely walk like. Gonna have to relax today and then wear big boy shoes tomorrow. OUCH!

I read about that but I have no pain in 'em so I should be okay!

    Great vid.

I'll never get why anyone short of pro would shave their legs though... even then its only to stop hairs getting stuck in cuts rather than any aerodynamic boost (oh yeah, almost forgot it might give them better muscle definition!)

I just discovered that I have exceeded the weight capacity of the Lidl pullup bar I bought.

    My knees hurt.

 ouch, were the cap things screwed in the frame or was it just friction holding it. I got the a lidl one and the rubber bits were really smooth so I didnt think it would work with just friction.

    Were you doing weighted work?

    They work with just friction.
I didn't use the screws cos its a rental gaff and the door jambs look well old.

I wasn't strictly doing weighted work, as much as I am about 6kg heavier than I was when I put it up.

Between this and the exploding fitball.......

Just saw this on another forum, the JML removable bar is only £14.68 on amazon. I think you get free shipping over either £20 or £25 to Ireland, so you might have to get a cheap dvd or something to build up the value.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002GHBRWA/ref=nosim/?tag=hotukdeals-21

Though the ones Mickk sells look better though
