We've had words in the past but I respect you as a poster and a gym owner. I like you as a person too and anytime I've taken issue with you it has SIMPLY been because rules were broken, nothing else.

I'm just re-establishing my position as most hormonal poster of the Fitness Forum

In that particular link it involved an ex-boards member and one who you've had a few run-ins with on another forum on boards and on the forum you linked to. I have no issue at all with links being put up but when it involves current or ex forum members it leaves a not particularly nice taste in my mouth and (to my mind anyway) it's just a bit off.

Hence the not cool bit - when the other person involved isn't here to defend themselves anymore I just think it's a bit ick. Internet randomers who we have no link to on the other hand are fair game If you put it up for the sh!ts n' giggles then cool, but I thought there might be something a bit more underhand in it. If not, I'm very sorry.

Well it was the most stark example of shilling I could think of so I posted it to show how low on the troll scale I am. I'm not saying I won't be like that one day, just that I'm not like that now.
