TNA has to get some revenge. Maybe win both titles back on the same night and maybe get an NXT title as well.

I didn't like Trick and Jacy winning at all, but I guess having Trick on Raw, cutting a lively promo on The Undertaker and while holding the TNA Championship, is just the sort of exposure you can't buy for TNA.

I imagine TNA will regain both Championships on the same night eventually.

Crazy that they didn’t put the title on Mike Santana in his home town at there largest live crowd ever.

TNA champion loses at wrestlemania in 3 minutes and now their two world championships are held by WWE development talent from NXT must have talent wondering what they are getting from this partnership.

Victory Road took place last night

Ash By Elegance (fka Dana Brooke) vacated the title and from the sound of it, it sounded serious as she didn't say anything about coming back.

So they had a battle royal to decide the 2 women who were going to compete for it. Won by Lei Ying Lee and Kelani Jordan with the title match later in the night won by Kelani.

Strange they would give an NXT star the chance consdering the invasion on this week's NXT.

Another NXT star will be fighting for the X-Division title at Bound For Glory - Je'Von Evans.

At this stage they might as well admit TNA is just a WWE feeder show. Kill of the TNA name as this isn’t the TNA everyone once new and just call it NXT Impact or something like that.

WWE own it in all but name. They have a signed contract that they can buy it outright at any time. It suits WWE to push this absolutely idiotic narrative that TNA are/will be the #2 promotion in America if they get a TV deal

So after taking a month off after their biggest show they managed to annoy a lot of people with this week's return. Then straight into an PLE type show tonight.

TNA got a big new TV deal with AMC in the US thanks to WWE

AMC is owned by the same family that own Madison Square Garden which has a long standing partnership with the WWE.

Now that TNA has a major TV deal the WWE will end its partnership with them is also being reported.

That "report" has been disputed by a more reputable source. Who has said it's not 'currently true'.

I don't think you have to go as roundabout as going through MSG to get to the AMC deal. No network is going to just hand a promotion a TV deal because WWE do some shows there.

You can easily argue WWE have raised TNA's cache without it.

The title synonymous with TNA won’t be defended on there debut episode on AMC as it seems WWE have taken the X- Division champion off it to appear on there shows in the UK.

Jake Something and Killer Kelly were also both advertised to be on the show and both have left TNA. The Rascals are no longer there going by twitter today.

Watched the show and it was a bit of a mess and the constant showing of a half empty arena was a strange decision. Happy for Santana hopefully he gets a decent run.

What's with all the Visa issues? As far as I know AEW have had problems with it as well. You'd think it's the kind of thing they would be on top of by now. Rarely hear of it in WWE so need to figure out how they manage.

I know for Leon people were saying WWE wanted him for their shows so TNA let them have him but now reports are saying he was available because he couldn't travel.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,939 ✭✭✭✭hynesie08

UK workers have to go home to renew 1 year visas if they don't have a 5 year one or risk not getting back in, WWE ties 5 year ones to their contract but even then it can be tricky, So Leon is probably just waiting on an appointment to get a stamp on his visa extension and he'll be on a plane the next day.

You cannot apply for Visa renewal whilst in country so have to apply from your home country.

After having is AEW contract cancelled Trey has returned to TNA.

Be funny if he got the fired case.

Not sure who got that case out of the 4.

Apparently they should some of next weeks episode by accident on the TNA stream site where it spoils what box Eddie got.

Irelands-own Myla Grace becomes the 3rd Knockout to ask for her release this year and it has been granted lots of speculation now online that there is something rotten happening within the Knockouts division.
Gail Kim say it breaks her heart and she has been quiet for a reason and when the time is right she will speak out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 421 ✭✭CajunSurprise

Another wrestler has asked for and been granted his release. Steve Maclin has low left.

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 16,416 Mod ✭✭✭✭Furious-Red

Surely TNA has to be in serious trouble with all these releases, Santana's contract is also up soon and could see him heading to nxt.

They've only sold about 1200 tickets for slammiversary and clear that WWE aren't overly interested in doing work with them anymore.

You mean WWE pretended to be all friendly with another company, took their best talent and now wants nothing to do with them?

Wow who could have possibly seen this coming?! If only we had some history of WWE doing the same exact thing multiple times

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 16,416 Mod ✭✭✭✭Furious-Red

No loss but Tessa Blanchard got her release

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,846 ✭✭✭✭CastorTroy

Tasha Steelz has re-signed though. So if the rest of the group sign, at least we can have variations of Order 4 versus the System forever.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,591 ✭✭✭ThePott

Not sure what exactly is going on in TNA but now Tommy Dreamer is gone as the booker.

I thought this was a joke but Fightful are reporting that rumours suggest Road Dogg will replace him.

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 16,416 Mod ✭✭✭✭Furious-Red

    Sami Callahan also gone

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 421 ✭✭CajunSurprise

It would be kind of sad if the great survivor that TNA is that it’s when they partnered up with WWE is what kills it off.
