Any WhatsApp group chats for the next Garda College intake this March?

I wonder are the encouraging you to reapply if you applied before 2024? As for 2024 and 2025 applicants they are allowing Garda trainees attend Templemore College without vetting being totally complete. Where as those that applied before 2024 need to have vetting completed in full before the can.

Yeah I did. Contact Your solicitor and give them the information You have, the information that AGS are looking for that You DONT have and the solicitor will draw up the affidavit for You. When it's ready, Your solicitor will contact You, as You Nedd to sign it in front of them AND another solicitor, to verify it, then take a photo of all pages of same and send it to the hdrp in Phoenix Park. Ensure that You keep the original hard copy for Your own records and keep it safe in case You need it again

Those Who passed the physical, how long before they emailed You with the result?! Failed it a while back but can't remember!!

you could get an affidavit and HRPD will give you a format of which to fill out the form just get a local commissioner of the oaths to do it .. will only cost 20 euro.. don’t go to a solicitor they’ll charge an arm and a leg, hope you get sorted

im waiting sin ce june 2022. all aspects complete except my vetting needed to be repeated as it expires annually.

can u get into an intake without vetting being complete?? i thought this would need to be done.

is anyone elses vetting taking ages? mines gone since feb. initially i was told it would be only 1 week and its been 3 months so far.

IIt's usually about an hour( had one with sgt and Inspector together in district HQ/Home station) they go through anything that may come up in vetting plus general natter to see if You're a good fit for the job.....had another one a month later with the superintendent in Divisional HQ and was same
