I'm going to go for O'Loughlins to win the junior and a draw in the senior.

    OLG double I reckon.

OLG seniors coming in with not much hype about them in comparison to last year. It is very hard to call but I just think their backs are so good, and Sunday could be the day their forwards fire. Some game in store though I'd say there'll be a serious crowd in.

In Junior, Barrow Rangers wouldn't have been fancied to get this far at the start of the year and tomorrow could maybe be a bridge too far. Again it's hard enough to call but going on how strong OLG looked against a Ballyragget team that knocked out 3 of the fancied teams, if they hurl as well again I can't see Rangers living with them. As we saw last week with Danesfort though, you just never know with finals.

Would like to see barrow rangers win the junior. Nice to see a new team intermidiate. Hard to know who's come into the final in better shape, barrow rangers with tough match including 2 extra time or o loughlins only 2 matches in the last 6 weeks.

Would love to see Barrow Rangers win today it would be great for a club that by all accounts are doing huge work and it would be great for them to reap the rewards. If they can play with the same fire they did against Galmoy you'd give them every chance. Hanlon was brilliant for them the last day and if he can have a similar performance it would go a long way. OLG are really good but as was said above the lack of games might come against them but Rangers will have to be at their absolute best to win.

On the big one it's very hard to know what way it will go. OLG have almost been falling over the line in a lot of their games and haven't looked anyway as impressive as previous years. Yet their still getting the wins but against the team that always find a way to get over the line it's hard to know. Ballyhale's starting 15 for me is still stronger than OLG but their major weakness is the bench like it was 2 years ago. They at most have 1-2 subs any day they can bring in the freshen it up and not drop the standard after that there is usually a drop in standard. Against the lesser teams it's not an issue but against OLG it could catch them again. Ballyhale will be mad for revenge after they lost 2 years ago and that can often get them over the line when they play with that kind of "hurt". I think OLG have a stronger panel and their subs have been making an impact and that could be enough to get them over the line again tomorrow. If I had a gun to my head I'd go for the Shamrocks.

I would have little confidence that either team would go all the way to an All Ireland this year.

Thought barrow rangers were better team, much hungrier but turned down 3 or 4 easy points going for goals. Showed great belief and resilience after loughlins 3rd goal to fight back.

Jack Kelly is a real throwback type player. Reminds me of Kevin Broderick, the nippy galway forward from the 2000s.

Really enjoyable game. It had everything. Goals, points, wides and controversy down to the last puck of the game. Paulstown looked to be in the driving seat after half time getting a goal from the excellent joe healy but o loughlins got two goals and a couple of points to put them in a great position but the men from the carlow border responded and got ahead and were very disappointed o loughlins got to force the game to extra time. Most people around me were certain that fitness was going to play a big part in extra time and o loughlins lads training with their seniors all year were going to kick on and win this match but paulstown again got ahead and their noses in front. O loughlins will rue a couple of mistakes near the end of extra time. Paddy butler was a real handful and paulstown struggled with him at times but himself and sammy Johnson were part of the senior team that went so close to winning a club all ireland. They cut paulstown open a few times and the decision at the end awarding a square ball was probably the correct decision but o loughlins were absolutely fuming, but today belongs to paulstown. Not many gave them a chance at the start of the year. Billy hanlon hadnt the same influence at all at number 11 but they owe alot of this win to their full foward line. Jack kelly who is a first cousin of the blanchfields and shane macdonald were very good but one lad stood head and shoulders above everyone today and that was joe healy. Showed great maturity for a 21 year old and could be someone worth bringing in and trying to devolp. He is a cousin of james mcgarry. When the dust settles o loughlins wont begrudge paulstown this win. They have struggled for long enough but underage competing at roinn a and are expected to have 3 or 4 lads on next years minor panel. The age profile is young and they will feel if they can stay up for a year or two they might have enough young talent coming through. Well done to all involved and hard luck to loughlins

Great match report well done. Sometimes this can be a great site.

Very impressed with kieran o Neill the paulstown centre back. A really good hurler, strong in the air and quick.

Interested to see how they do in leinster. The wexford champions will likely be their biggest challenger.

They'll met in Leinster SF if they both win the QF's. Wexford final is on tomorrow Duffry Rovers v Davidstown Courtnacuddy. If it's Duffry it would be half a derby game, only 20 mins from Goresbridge to Kiltealy.
