ta, girl gets on the bus and immediately planks herself in the middle doors despite there being at least 3 empty seats 2 feet away. At my stop 6 of us got off on the one side while madam was texting away blocking the other side

The election candidates visiting primary schools and having 'bantz' with the kids.

Sure they aren't going to be voting

Haven't watched it in years, are they still snapping at each other?

No, they have all achieved a perfect state of nirvana. The Queen Vic mainly serves herbal teas, and holds mindfulness workshops in its upstairs lounge. Phil Mitchell runs a community dojo, teaching tai chi and breathing techniques to anyone seeking balance, and Ian Beale’s chip shop has transformed into a plant-based deli. The laundrette is still a bit of a kip, though.

TA, ordered something from Woodies.ie and they gave me a Fastway tracking number, the Fastway tracking number brings up nothing so I've no way of knowing when said item is arriving.

Imgur seems to be blocked in the UK now, regardless of what the actual image is of so that's great.

Also, people on their feckin' phones. Saw one lad at work yesterday in the bathroom with a phone in hand while using a urinal.

Left a bin outside the door with a "Deliveries" sign taped to it. The DPD man still left it beside the bin.

People walking staring at their phones or talking loudly on their own in enclosed public spaces.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,223 ✭✭✭brokenbad

See it everyday - even in work. An EHS memo was sent around in our workplace after an employee tripped over a pallet while staring at their phone while walking…..

MISTAKE. since I signed up late last night I have had SEVEN emails reminding me that I'm missing out on bonuses.

Sorry guys time to unsubscribe that is ridiculous!

Wake me up when it's all over.

Obnoxious Septic Tanks in pubs. In O'Reilly's on Merrion Row and there's two of them at the bar absolutely interrogating a poor Austrian guy about why he's drinking Birra Moretti instead of Guinness.

I mean, I get wondering why anyone would drink Moretti full stop, but Guinness isn't mandatory, lads, leave the man to have his overpriced Heineken muck in peace FFS.

Don't install Shein. They absolutely abuse you with emails.

I was at the cinema earlier.
Nobody else there, until a few minutes before it started and 2 different couples arrived in.

One of them, on their phones on and off, lights on on phones as they obviously lost something, as you do in the cinema😐
    Chatting away to each other.
Then the woman made a phonecall. A phonecall, in a cinema.

    Seriously.
The only reason I didn't go out and report them was I'd have missed the film!
Do these people have any idea how to act in public?

It's getting harder and harder to get businesses to pick up their phones.

Provider apps becoming less user friendly and restrictive on what they will install on. Sky Go wont mirror to tv, who wants to watch a movie on their phone.

another of the sound old lads from the pub has died, dropping like flies now..he was known in the music scene here for three decades, a drummer in rock & jazz scene. Always friendly and good humoured, late ’80’s but last I bumped into him a year ago, he was still walking to and from the pub, 1.5 kilometers each way, no walking stick, was still going away on holidays. Lovely humour and way about him.

People who fill there cars with fuel and don't move the car before paying.

    If it's not busy, grand.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,978 ✭✭✭The Continental Op

Nah thats nothing compared with people that park at the pumps don't buy and petrol and spend hours in the shop. Then thats second only to people that sit in their cars parked at the pump and just fiddle with their phones.

Wake me up when it's all over.
