    I had known years ago that the Dart stations in Blackrock & Seapoint were unmanned pre-covid. Although Seapoint had removed the ticket barriers years before Blackrock. Does Blackrock Dart Station still have ticket barriers installed or have they been removed since Covid?

    Still has ticket barriers but anytime I've been, at least 2 of the 6 barriers have been left open

    It makes sense to have fewer barriers if the transport plan is for integrated multi-modal trips and ticket types that favour this. The TFI 90min ticket works much better for example

    So does adequate Revenue Protection - if it not only protects revenue, but shows active staff presence that inhibits anti-social behaviour.

    Just like having uniformed Gardai visible over the inner City. Pity, the Gardai have yet to implement this approach.
