Would you vote for Conor McGregor if he entered politics?

No normal right thinking person would vote for him but he is beloved of type of person that likes their Canada goose jackets. If he did run in a general election how popular would he be in the constituency that he is running in? Depending on that answer he could well get a seat. If it was a presidential election he wouldn't have a chance, he would do well in certain areas of Dublin city centre and maybe around where he is from but I would like to think that most of the country wouldn't vote for him.

So many ppl have said to me lately, no way would I vote for SF in the current crisis situation we are in.

They are FFG but with the slight difference of edgy merchandise and “we want the 6 counties back ASAP”, backed by Wolfe Tones songs.

SF are no nationalist party.

They are lefty globalism.

Which is why people are turning to the likes of alternatives like McGregor to see what he can offer in terms of change.

Who in their right mind would vote for someone who can barely string a sentence together? Whenever he talks, it sounds like a child in 3rd class reading a poem that they really had to concentrate on.

The very existence of this question, even in a semi serious way, makes me worry even more for the future of not just Ireland but mankind.

This type of bullying and anger and belittling and making ppl feel “less than” is EXACTLY why ppl are going away from the mainstream parties and considering their options.

OP on what issues would he stand for, would he be left or right leaning, what party would give him such a platform and if not what could he do realistically as an independent if he was elected?

At one time he had people's respect as an athlete that broke onto the world stage fairly rapidly and had some impressive fights. But in recent years he has proved himself to be nothing more than a thug.
