In circumstances where a show is cancelled, who owns the rights? Could the producers just head down the road to Disney or Apple and say, "lads, any chance you could fund a new season?"

Best to go in blind to it I would say, recommended!

I think things going to netflix from other channels (Lucifer, designated survivor, arrested development, girls5eva recently) has happened a few times but rare a netflix produced show moves on to another channel/platform for more episodes.

Fall is worth a watch, the premise is a bit ridiculous but it's entertaining once it gets going.
