Would anyone have up to date grids for equity, EU, contract and Company?

Does anyone have the March 2022 Constitutional paper please or would be willing to share their script even?

Have sat a prep course for all others so can swap!

Does anyone have an up to date contract exam grid? Or even know what to focus on/what can ordinarily be left out? Any advice at all is appreciated!

I just checked my emails and i applied for the October sitting on the 20th of August (first sitting so had to be approved, copy of graduation proof etc) and paid the following day once it was approved. The exams ran from the 5th-15th of October last year but this sitting is slightly earlier. i still think it'll be August before we hear more

lol slightly retracting my statement as i now see the applications are open. seems v early! not closing until 5th of August so id imagine theres no rush

I got a 2:2 in a BA joint honours in law and another subject in university and want to sit the fe-1 exams/become a solicitor. I've heard people quote that 2:1 is a necessity and just wondering if that's true and whether this will hinder anything else like training contracts in the future etc..

Hi, new to the FE1 process here! Does anybody know if it is possible to defer FE1 exams once registered and if so, will this be marked outright as a fail? Or only your actual first attempt will be considered? TIA!

In the exam i answered a Q on Institutions, FR, Judicial review, FMOG and Direct/Indirect Effect/ MS liability.

Heyo, I would recommend looking up some of the key changes that were brought in by the act. It codified a lot of the previous decisions re: standard of disclosure (i.e. Kelleher decision etc) and abolished the basis of contract clause. A compare and contrast question (i.e. pre-act and post-commencement) hasn't been asked so far but there is always a possibility of it being asked, it's relatively straightforward and would be a lovely question to answer if it did come up. Some of the more recent manuals cover it so, if you want, I can send you some photos of the relevant pages.

For company, the manual seems to leave out quotes from Courtney's book. Should I get my hand on the book to include quotes or what would people recommend? It just seems from previous comments that he likes people using his book. Thanks!!

anyone selling a Companies Act?

This was the exact circumstance that I had last year, i.e. working full time and sat contract and EU. I suppose it's different for everyone but I think this is definitely manageable if you work consistently and maybe take some leave a week/10 days before the exams start. I don't think either are the hardest FE1s out of them all and if you studied them at bachelor level then the you'll find the material pretty intuitive. Happy to DM and send on notes/advice if you want but in general, I think it's definitely doable!

its all about the examiner reports for company as his questions are repetitive but he has specific cases etc he wants mentioned.

i have his book and found i was able to do up my sample answers alot quicker than looking at my manual as everything he is looking for is in his manual.

also section 31 there is like a paragraph in most manuals yet its like a full section in his book. This often comes up as an essay q.
