    Cheers, had similar thoughts. I simply don't rate Burnley but only have Cornet in the double points and the chance of an assist or goal plus bonus

    Yes that looks like a decent team. I had 3 players different -

    Gabriel -> Tierney

    Saka -> Odegaard

    Semedo -> Son

    I've 2 FTs and don't know what to do with them. I feel like most of my single GW players are pretty good? Current team:


    • Sanchez vs Bur (H)
    • Foster vs Villa (A), Cry. P (H)


    • TAA vs Nor (H), Leeds (H)
    • Cancelo vs Tot (H)
    • Digne vs Wat (H)
    • Dalot vs Leeds (A)
    • Laporte vs Tot (H)


    • Salah vs Nor (H), Leeds (H) (Will use TC chip)
    • Bowen vs New (H)
    • Jota vs Nor (H), Leeds (H) (Probably misses out with injury)
    • Gallagher vs Wat (A)
    • Gray vs Sou (A) (Injured, and looks a good one to sell)


    • Ronaldo vs Leeds (A) (Is he a rotation risk with the CL tie?)
    • Antonio vs New (H) (Out of form, could sell him)
    • King vs Villa (A), Cry P (H)


    I could do Ronaldo and Gray out for Lacazette and Saka. I've 2 FH chips, so I could FH in GW 27 and avoid the Arsenal blank. Would also allow me to keep Jota for a little while which tempts me. If I wanted to keep Ronaldo and risk him vs Leeds, I can afford Gray and Antonio out for Saka + Weghorst, or to Ramsey + Lacazette.

    Not sure whether to go cautious or go for it.

    I have them both too but one of them is definitely going for Broja.

    Jaysus those announcements have blown my head a bit.

    @ cartman you may be better off Wildcarding & setting yourself up for next few weeks!!!

    I have done a -4 already.

    I have 1.6m ITB.

    I have 2 non playing defenders - Livramento & Johnson. Dias is my other defender.

    I also have Foden and have no Arsenal players.

    On the back of those DGW 28/29 announcements is it worth transferring out each of the below for a -4

    a) one of the non playing defenders for an Arsenal defender & benching Dias

    b) Foden to Odegaard

    Then I can FH in 27 & have 4 players for BGW30

    ill most likely WC GW31 so by GW30 I could have 6/7 players anyway

    Im in the exact same boat and thinking of increasing the -4 to -8 to swap Jota for Saka. Id actually prefer get Roberston in as my 3rd Liverpool player but that would involve a -12 and Im not going there. Jota may well play the second of Liverpools double and now they have a DGW29 but so too do Arsenal.

    Downside of Jota is he is we dont know how serious his injury is and even when he gets back he is not a nailed starter. I think he is going to be back to the scenario before the Firmino injury where he starts one game and plays 20/30 minutes the next. So I think Im going to sell him, albeit reluctantly as he has performed since I got him. If you are doing it Jota is predicted to drop in price tonight and Saka is predicted to rise.

    Bournemouth v Forest called off tonight in the Championship for weather reasons.

    I don't know whether that calls into question any of tomorrows 3pm games in the South of England, perhaps Southampton v Everton and Brighton v Burnley?

    I think the storm is supposed to be gone by then, but there's always the chance of residual damage, transport, policing and stewarding issues.

    Maybe worth keeping an eye on, and if possible holding off transfers.

    The fact that Arsenals two DGW’s are home makes a) seem like a no brainer & those 4 points will be recouped over those 2 GW’s.

    Id be benching Dias at home to Spurs & away to Palace.

    Dias could even be benched/rotated for one of those & id have no plsying 3rd defender

    Apparently someone in the Spurs squad does Conte revealed and he wasn't seen in any training pics.

    He's got me 8 points in 6 weeks, easily an FPL troll.

    Looking for a bit of advice - A or B. Already brought Salah in for Bruno.

    Team A - Jota & Reguilon to Saka & Robertson. -8

    Sanchez (DDG)

    TAA, Cancelo, Dias, Robertson (Coufal)

    Salah (TC), Bowen, Coutinho, Saka (Sissoko)

    Antonio, Dennis (Pukki)


    Team B - Reguilon to Tierney -4

    Sanchez (DDG)

    Salah (TC), Bowen, Coutinho, Sissoko (Jota - injured)

    Open to suggestions too as not 100% sold on Saka. Most likely FH in GW27 or try navigate it somehow. Not worried about Liverpool/Arsenal missing out.

    I had done Bruno & Foden -> Salah & Saka pre-CL for a -4.

    With the DGW, and the Jota injury, I was going to do Jota -> Zaha for a 2nd hit. With the DGW news, maybe Coutinho is a better option with the attractive SGW and an upcoming DGW. IIRC, he don't blank in 30 either.

    Zaha or Coutinho?
