Batch 23 is what they are on now. Somewhere in the 50 - 60s, but could have gone further now.

    Hi

Has anyone been waiting a long time for contact from internal dept HR with information on position. I got a message on my public jobs portal almost 4 weeks ago saying that I was being placed and that someone would be in contact. Worried that I haven't heard anything in so long. I'm sure DSP are busy but I'd really love some confirmation to ease my mind.

Is anyone else waiting as long?

Oh dear, got word there last week I’m placed with DSP and sort of thought they’d probably be giving me a call today or tomorrow. I’ll settle myself down for a wait sure.

Ok well I'm a bit more relaxed knowing that it's not just me.
There must be some sort of backlog in all the public depts. I inquired about the timeframe 3 weeks ago and was told that someone would be in touch.

Guess I'll just keep on waiting :)

Shouldn’t think so, it’s only HSE affected by the hack afaik.

When do you find out where the vacancy is located? Before or after the interview?

I applied and forgot about it last year and just got a message from public jobs about an interview!

When I got a job offer as TCO I was informed of the location of the job in the offer email following successful assessment and interview.

Hi there, I have been asked via public jobs message board to download and complete an application form and submit by next Wednesday. Does anyone know if this could mean that I may be called for interview and if it might be soon? It is the permanent CO 2020 campaign. I have already put in my expression of interest for Sligo CO positions and am 117 on panel with 2 people ahead of me last I checked. Thanks!

Yes, should be only a matter of a few weeks now. Social protection and revenue are gearing up for the huge signoff from PUP payment. So lot of new staff being taken on

When you got your message from PAS where you were assigned, did you give you an email address for HR in the Courts? If they did give you an email you can always drop them an email.

OK so you just know you have been assigned to the court service but not sure on location in Dublin yet. I suppose they are busy but if you don't hear anything by next week no harm dropping them another email and see if you get a response. Good luck and hope you hear something from them soon.
