    Vince is one person, who won't be working alone, his family joins him, and others to guards him and do dirty work for him.
    So, they are not all vanilla wolves, but have powers.

    As for the Mcmahon family I reckon Vince is the Main wolf in the game (can't remember the proper word for it) and then there's Shane mcmahon, Triple H and maybe Stephanie.

    16.6% - 33% is 4-9 wolves, depending on how powerful the village is.

    If everybody in the game was vanilla, it would be more on the 4 wolves side, but if the village has powers, seers, bodyguards and more, it could be up to 9 wolves.
