    Great strike

Keeper in no mans land , way off his line with Song miles out

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,741 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

It was basically an empty net, just curl it in.

    Great hit!

You'd tell him to shoot from that far out as a defender/goalkeeper

Tyler bigging up Kane for the assist. Ffs. That goal is all on Son.

Lovely goal but Son had as much time as he wanted. Distinct lack of defence closing down.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Keeper in a poor position, but that was some strike.

Son/Kane going for the record link up play this year I think.

Kane 9 assists 7 of them are probably to Son

Edit: Sky copying me. Looks like it's now 10 assist for Kane

Cant remember 20 mins of a Premier League game where a centre midfield player has had more space than Højbjerg has. The application of effort for players on wages Arsenals are on is nothing short of shameful.

World class from sonny not Kane best assist but they all help

Willian the signing of the summer after the first game of the season by some and Aubameyang since he signed his Ozil money contract have been hugely disappointing.

Ozil must be wondering why they aren't getting grief for being on huge money and not preforming.

Assist is such a useless stat
Like yku could be pinging a ball onto Kane head from 35 yards for a goal or pass it two yardsin your own half to Messi who runs past 7 and scores and its still one assist,

Imagine the amount of assist people have from Messi and Ronaldo from doing a 2 yard pass

Arenal need a 3rd midfielder in front of Xhaxa & Partey

You can make that argument for any stat. Stats are easy to manipulate

Yup, like Neville the other week putting out figures that show that this is a perfectly ordinary season for average games-per-days in terms of the causes of muscle injuries - despite counting from the charity shield 2 weeks before the season started so there’s a big 2 week gap up front skewing the numbers, and also not mentioning 3 international games per break instead of 2.

    The combo strikes again.

Some finish by Kane on his weak foot

When was the last time Arsenal beat one of the big teams away in the league?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 922 ✭✭✭TheadoreT

    Wonderful counter.

You'd have to give Lampard credit for minimizing Spurs' threat last week because United, City and now Arsenal have all been helpless to Kane and Sons link up play.

Strange not waiting for 1 minute for half time to make that sub from Arteta.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,643 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Kane has been outstanding. Putting another shift in defensively, another assist, emphatic goal. Best player in the league.

It was an injury - they were down to 10 for the goal

Son himself is probably his biggest competition for player of the season so far. Both in absolutely top form, elevating each other’s game.

Arsenal should never have sold giroud

Agree with whoever said Ozil should be out there, if all their players are gonna have a CBA attitude you may as well have the king of the languid style out there, won't track back for his life but at least has the ability on the ball unlike most out there.

I'd have Bruno myself so far but all debatable and all valid arguments.

The link up of Kane and Son reminds me of Suarez Sturridge a few years ago

Won away at Old Trafford this season. But it was their first in a few seasons if I remember correctly.
