It's 2004 if you use the gov.ie site. The amount of errors recently on the sites is f*cking atrocious. Dublin was listed as 313 even though it was 241. Since updated.
1992 the day before and then add 6 for 65-74, 1 for 74-84 and 5 for 85+

Border Counties are Donegal, Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth.

Think Leitrim is doing the best of those, then Louth.

that's exactly what people don't get, if the system is overwhelmed with covid cases allowed to run rampant, then no other illnesses or procedures will get a look in anyway, and if its an emergency case, chances will be very high of picking up covid in the hospital.

Is it though? You can't just rock up to the NK border and swan on in. I'm not saying they have no cases at all but it wouldn't be a huge stretch to say they've kept a lid on it.
