Looking like it will be the most likely outcome at this point yes. The real question is will that be enough to slow down the spread of the virus? I have my doubts.

Had partner in hospital for last number of days ... she was test for covid while going in ...yet none of the medical or hospital staff are tested ever, let alone regularly!! And yet it was hospital staff that caused a wide spread of the virus to the elderly and vulnerable previously!! Absolutely ridiculous (even the staff there she spoke to thinks it’s mad)

All hospital and nursing home staff should be getting checked weekly! And temperature checks on all visitors to the hospital /nursing home .

Asia doing ok too with a higher population than Europe. South America had very lax restrictions along with Iran and India. Both very high death counts and society not functioning . Western society seems to be in the middle ground atm, should probably follow the what they did in Asia to suppress this

Despite what people say online, must people are terrified of this and want more restrictions (or so say the polls).

However its easy to say you want it, and another when you are actually affected by it. There is next to no chance we go to level 5 this week.

I am mildly annoyed they have leaked this and caused untold worry to effectively allow them to have a free poll/focus group
