    ANd you need to

    1) stop derailing threads and making them about you
    2) realise that other people apart from you callled out teachers and had no problems about doing it
    3) realise most teachers worked and just because a minority didnt doesnt mean you get to justify your admitted unprofessional behaviour. If I was those kids in school now, dealing with you I would have no respect for you.

Are you a mod of this thread? If not, stop telling me what to do please. I realise you probably like doing that all day but remember that I’m not one of your students.

How do you know “most teachers worked”? If that’s an opinion that’s ok, but please stop peddling this rubbish as fact.

Also to add I couldn’t care less what/who you do/don’t respect.

Please enlighten us as to what you are talking about?

Haha nice one!! Everyone can see what you posted.

Are you saying that you are proud of what you posted? Do you say those things openly in the staff room? Or just to yourself?

Great you seem to backmod and tell everyone theyre lying and to stop doing things. You judge everyone on your behaviour and the only fact you have is that you did nothing.

go away back to your dark hole and think how you fecked up children by abandoning them when they needed ya

Disgraceul and an embarassement to the profession.

I think most people reading this thread would agree that it’s an embarrassment and disgrace to the teaching profession alright.

To be fair to her, you did say that “most” teachers worked.

How do you know that, which is the question she asked. Could you answer that?

This has been asked multiple times before.

Unlikely you’ll get a straight answer.

One person I will not take comments from is you.

I worked 15 hour days minimum and you downed tools in March by your own admission and refused to do anything and let down your students and the profession and then looked for every excuse to badmouth teachers trying to cover up your own dispicable behaviour.

If anyone disagrees with you, you scream bully. You need to take a mature approach to your work before commenting on others.

15 hours a day minimum is 105 hours a week. You do know that 48 hours is the max under the eu working time directive?

I’m surprised your union hasn’t raised an objection about you.

This thread is turning into a farce with this bickering can ye give it a rest and we discuss what everyone is actually on this thread to discuss which is covid and the reopened schools.

I believe there is a teaching forum for teachers to squabble in.

I chose to do it and how I spent my time during lockdown was up to me. Hilarious that doing tooo much is an issue.

You would love the hours I used to work agency nursing then lol

    It seems to me that
if you are a teacher that killed yourself during lockdown, it's not nice to hear people saying teachers were on holidays.
if you are a parent who feels your child's teacher did the bare minimum, it's annoying to hear about teachers working like never before.
There were enough of both imo to a greater or lesser degree.
But now we're back at school so let it goooooo please.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 840 ✭✭✭teachinggal123

Utter rubbish claiming to have worked 15 hour days.

Almost as ridiculous as claiming most teachers worked!!!

Why are you so reluctant to say it here where we can all see it?

Give your head a wobble. It's a Saturday night, go enjoy life rather than bringing your incessant droning to a thread that was trying to be helpful.

You stated openly that you downed tools in March. The teachers who post here have stated they tried to do their best. Some parents who posted here said they had a poor engagement, some say they had a grand engagement. 3/4 groups at least tried to make it work, you openly said you didn't even try. So please, for like the 5th time on this thread, just reflect on your own shortcomings rather than project them yet again onto a thread which is trying to be helpful.

If you really feel your work environment is that bad, go to your union rep, go to your principal, go to your board, but moaning on here for 6 months is neither helpful nor constructive.

Are you a mod of this thread? If not, stop telling me what to do.

How do you know 3/4 groups (whatever that means) tried to make it work? More delusional claims from inside your own head as opposed to fact.

Read my post again, slowly, and you'll understand, there's a good person. What are the facts then? That you said you didn't try post March. Anything else?

I have read your posts but the grammar and punctuation is so poor I’m struggling to make sense of them.

Are you going back again to the assertion that all teachers continued working March-June?

Aww, not this fcucking SHIITE yet again.

I really thought this had gone away.

    Absolute embarrassing horsecrap.

I don’t actually think you are a teacher for many reasons . But if by any chance you genuinely are I honestly think you need help . Then with that attitude and underlying anger issues you shouldn’t be in a position to teach young children
Get help and counselling and do yourself a favour
I am not a teacher by the way so have no skin in the game

    Trolling indeed :pac:

PS. Cut back on whatever substance you're on please.

Can any of the teachers attacking me answer this very simple question?

Oh great, you've a new friend here...

    Fcucking dream team.

In the absence of any statistics, why don't we go with the anecdotal evidence from this thread - all the other teachers did their best and you didn't bother.

So no answer to Will’s question then.

Also no response to why you got a mod warning earlier in this thread.
