I did an online chat with an post about an order I have. Accepted by last mile carrier on the 5th June. Arrived at destination country on the 15th. They said they have not received it yet & linked a tracking page, the last scan was in Lithuania.

Had something leave seller 3rd May, Singapore post, see 1st movement now is 16th June. So there is life in the order still. Won't check again for a week.

In the same boat here, have a good few things apparently "awaiting customs clearance" for a month now.
    It's very strange!

For those who say the tracking says that it has arrived in the destination country....aliexpress says that too when I hover over the tracking link, but when I click into it it says that it's awaiting customs clearance.

Surely it must be customs then and an post...would an post get away with not picking up the items or whatever way it worked if Customs had them ready to go?

I thought the same. Had an item marked accepted by last mile carrier on the 5th June & then arrived in destination country on the 15th June.
Contacted an post to find out the scans were done in Lithuania. The tracking is not reliable, he said if they receive an item it would be delivered within.a few days.

anyone else have items sitting in Dublin not moving. Tracking shows they've been in Dublin since early June with no movement since. Order loads from China and usually only takes a couple of days once stuff arrives in Dublin, I get that there are delays with the pandemic but over 4 weeks is a bit much..

So glad I found this thread, I have several items that have tracking saying "arrived in destination country" on parcels and 17track since early june and no movement since. Are they actually there or is there an issue with tracking. (All separate tracking numbers)

They are there but Chinese post is at the very, very back of the queue. From talking to a few people it will be late July/August before some of these containers are even looked at and even then there is a huge backlog of Chinese stuff to be delivered.

Thanks a mill for reply. Guess its just waiting game, thought was going good when they made it from China in 6 days.

Got three packages today. Two were from China, one ordered mid April and the other early May. The seller of the April order sent me a message in June wondering if I received the package and if not, to wait a week before seeking refund. As it was only a small value item I told them that if it arrives, great and if not, no big loss.

Are you sure they are actually in Ireland? What does 17tracking say?

On the AliExpress website my orders have the same status as you, in destination country, awaiting customs. But if I put my tracking number into 17track it shows them in the Netherlands, ready for shipping.

10 June landed in my country. This seems to be the EU as it shows as being in Leige, Belgium the central EU customs hub.
