Random Wrestling Thoughts (Part 2)

So Alexa's put all of her socials on private by the look of things, after some harassment on Instagram. Which leads to my random thought, does wrestling as a whole have a "STAN" problem?

The fact that Alexa’s so-called “fans” seriously care that much about her relationship that they harass her enough to the point where she makes all her social media private is a shame. This is part of the reason why her account is private. People like this disgust me.

I'm assume this harasser is a serial rereggger. I'm not an expert on social but is there not a way to ban such Muppets permanently. Boards seem to be able to do it when they feel like it.

That's not really an answer? She's clearly being harassed so the question I asked remains; can Instagram permanently ban this idiot or is it up to Alexa to continually to fight him off Everytime he pops up?

Randomly sticked on the royal rumble 2000 and watched the rumble match.
A good few minutes into the match something dawned on me. Here's an image.



The people currently in the ring are Chyna, Chris Jericho, Test, Big Boss Man, Crash Holly, British Bulldog, Edge and Gangrel. Of the 8 in the ring 5 are dead. The only survivors are Gangrel, Edge and Chris Jericho.

Everyone in the ring is aged between 24 and 37 on the night. With Test being the youngest at 24 and the Bulldog being the oldest at 37.

If those who died were still alive today test would only be 45 and The Bulldog would be 59.

Other wrestlers who took part who sadly have died are Grand Master Sexy Brian Christopher and Viscera. All combined that means out of all 30 entrants 23% of the entrants have deceased.

Kinda messed up.

That is grim but not as grim as some of the 1980s PPVs including survivor series where I think a majority of one match is dead. I mean the ric flair vs macho man match from wrestlemania 8. Between commentators, referee, competitors, outside people, only ric flair and earl hebner are still alive. Miss Elizabeth would be 59 id alive today and was only 31 at that event. It's the one thing I hope is a thing of the past for today's wrestlers.

Ruby and Shotzi would make a cool looking tag team...

I'd say they'll use it again when it's convenient. They might have planned on doing more with it, not expecting the pandemic to affect them for so long
