    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    He'll probably do the same as Gaybo, come back for little projects that interest him.
    Would look forward to him doing one off stuff on politics or sport.

    The Rte Gene Pool never do. Even a stake through the heart does not work. I am surprised Gaybo and Marianne are not still producing stuff ! ! !

    It's an absolutely shyte show so far,as for that Chloe Agnew one. She cant sing to save her life. Shes her mothers daughter ok.

    There's a Twink tribute/documentary on TV during the week. If that's all they can pull from the archives there must be very little there.

    I think its been a fine and fitting last show, proper balance between serious and sentimental. Callan had me in stitches and i wouldnt usually describe myself as a big fan.

    In fairness, one of the best current affairs broadcasters of our generation is finishing up today, a few words of praise certainly won't be begrudged by this listener anyhow.
