    This came in from Greece this morning to shannon , quick turn around and now seems to be off to the UK

    Return to the lessor - was due to go to St Athan but seems to have landed at Cardiff instead as St Athan is closed.

    2 of them flew Athens to Shannon, SX-DGS and SX-DGV, GS stayed in Shannon for maintenance and the crew got onboard GV and they flew to Cardiff. I'm not sure why but return to lessor mentioned above could be correct!

    Probably someone doing his night rating, it requires a number of circuits and landings, and with Dublin as quiet as they are at the moment, it's easy to coordinate

    Have been wondering if that’s a placeholder call sign or what they intend to use permanently. Most Air Corps callsigns refer to the aircraft type, eg:

    AW27* = Augusta Westland (before it became Leonardo)

    Adsbexchange shows a lot of blocked aircraft that aren’t shown on FR24

    P254 refers to Pilatus-Britten Norman AFAIK. The PC-9s took over the Fox callsign from the Fougas and Papa was already in use anyway.

    When i tried the other site there are more planes shown than on flight radar, why is that?

    Nothing on Flight Radar.

    FR24 has a selective policy of not showing some military related flights. There are more than a few RAF transport flights showing up at the moment, and some military non RAF flights over in the North Sea in the vicinity of Denmark, and up towards Estonia as well.

    Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

    Irish Air Corps circling over south Dublin a few times overs the last hour. Strange to see that at 9pm and later.

    Well spotted, I think XRAY will be used until the others arrive, The PC9's use FOX as a throwback to the Fougas as their callsign was FOX, AW139's still using ALPHA WHISKEY & WOLF & ALPHA WHISKEY VICTOR, all EC135 fleet using ECHO, have never heard anything else, Defender is PAPA & Casa's are CHARLIE, When they go outside of Ireland they use the callsign IRISH & thats used within Ireland when that aircraft is going to be leaving Ireland as far as im aware.

    They regularly train at night - not just the Dublin one either.
